  • Institute Description

Aviation Academy International (AAI) is the training arm of AIH, a Delaware corporation headquartered in Whippany, New Jersey, USA. AAI was established to impart airline oriented pilot training to students from Asia. AAI currently has two campuses located at Bangalore (India) and Bacolod (Philippines) where it teaches the science and art of Airline Piloting. The curriculum at AAI has been designed for an ab-initio pilot to mature into a professional modern aviator, the first choice of any airline. AAI operates out of the Bacolod-Silay City International Airport with an extensive fleet of single and multi-engine aircraft. The academy has taken advantage of advances in information technology to have the most modern training aids/methodology to impart effective instructional training. Optimum use of technology itself streamlines workflow/process, thereby bringing efficiency and transparency in all facets of a training establishment’s activities. We at AAI, understand the importance of simulators in teaching flying and use a multi engine, FAA approved Level 6 Flying Training Device (FTD). AAI is the first and only flying academy in Asia to have an FTD of this capability. Over and above flying and academics, AAI concentrates on the student’s personality enhancement, interpersonal, and presentation skills to produce a well rounded professional with good “soft skills”.
