Kankshi Hi Sumeet, both the Universities are good in their own terms. Also, no comparison can be made in this way. But in my personal opinion, NTU has the reputation in Singapore which stuttgart does not have in Germany.

But what you should be considering is the course module. Which of these Unviersities offer the course modules that you like and find interesting? Go for it.

There is no dearth of jobs either in Singapore or Germany.

sumeet63028  Hi Sagarika, Thanks for the info.... course module wise both have almost same sub.

Can help me know about the average living cost (as a student) in Germany n Singapore.
Kankshi  sure. Germany - living cost is Euro 740 per month and in Singapore it is SGD 750 - 2000 per month. So in Germany you will incur INR 6 lacs approx and in Singapore(taking the upper limit of SGD 2000) - INR 9 lacs per annum(it is normally not so high, unless u party every night and visit discos!!!!)

Kankshi Hi Rahil, you could if your profile matches the university's entry requirements !!!

Information Technology (INFOTECH) M.Sc. si what one can apply for at the univ.

There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.

If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ. And additional Euro 15 per univ.

students are allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 days in a year. Also, a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.
