    Anjuman-I-Islam's Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology offers following infrastructural facilites to students:
    • Front Office Training Laboratory - It is a replica of an actual lobby of 5 star hotel, wherein practicals are held. The students are trained to take guest check-ins, check-outs and face various mock-situations put forth by trained lecturers.
    • Housekeeping Training Laboratory - It consists of a guest room with well designed interiors. The training lab and the laundry equipped with washing machines and driers and wash area enable students to get the right feel of  the department.
    • Basic Training Kitchen: It is designed specially for the first year students. Here, they get familiar with the pots-n-pans, cutting methods and basics of regional, national and international cuisine.
    • Quantity Training Kitchen: It is the training ground for the second year students wherein they develop into making regional and international delicacies in bulk. The heavy duty equipments used in this kitchen facilitates bulk catering which caters to over 1000 students.
    • Advanced Training Kitchen: Here, the 3rd year students expertise in different International cuisines. There are 20 well equipped workstations with modern culinary equipment.
    • La Pattisserie: This outlet develops the confectionery making skills of the students.
    • The Garde Manger: It is a special cold room for preparation of cold cuts & salads.
    • Training Restaurants: “Saleequa” – Training Restaurant operates 40 covers and also has a training bar. It is well equipped with silverware, glassware, tableware, gueridon trolley and other sophisticated equipment required for quality service. It is also a  venue for small luncheons, dinner meetings, presentations, conferences and interviews all of which are managed by the students.
    • Learning Resource Centre: It is one of the most advanced libraries amongst the hotel management institutes in India which provides up to date information about the hospitality and food service industry. It consists of 6000 hospitality & management books, 400 CD ROMs and video cassettes. About 90% of these are imported.
    • Computer Laboratory: It is equipped with the latest pentium IV 30 workstations that are connected to the Windows 3000 server with LAN. It is supported by a Gigabyte Cable Network and the speed ranges up to 1 GBPS. The Shawman Package covers the POS & PMS. The student have access to hi-tech facility and 24 hours broadband internet connectivity. The newly installed FIDELIO, gives the students a feel of the PMS used in 5 Star Hotels. Our college is wi-fi enabled wherein the students can access the internet wireless.
