SPA, JJ School of Architecture, CEPT, etc. Are other good architecture colleges in India. However, you might find that the work culture and environment at a school of architecture and design are drastically different from those at the National Institute of Technology. Technical subjects are taught in a very good technical environment at the National Institutes of Technology, which is crucial to honing your technical skills and practical knowledge of building in addition to aesthetics. When deciding upon the institute, you take into account the reputation of the institute, the quality of the infrastructure, the credibility of the degree, the teachers, and the exposure you will have while a student there. The National Institutes of Technology definitely take the cake here. Also, the National Institutes of Technology offer flexibility in modifying your subjects by means of elective courses along with audit courses.
