Ground Services
Ground Services is an integral part of airline operations. Ground Services are are also known as Operation Agents, Ramp Agents. The responsibility of Ground Services is to load and unload baggage, operating luggage carts, guiding planes during departure and arrival from their gates, performing other important airplane serving task. It is a prominent role as their task is to ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers, prepare plane for flight. Ground services is a bit hectic as the area involved in Ground Services are risky. It involves loading and unloading of heavy luggage, heavy equipments etc. Ground services employees often work in outdoors in usually all types of weather.
Eligibility Criteria for Ground Services Course
For Ground Services, candidates need to have a high school diploma or equivalent degree. Notably, no additional licenses or education is needed for Ground Services.
