GAT Exam Registration 2025 (Ongoing): Last Date to Apply (July 10), Fees & Process

Candidates preparing for GAT exam must ensure to fulfill the below presscribed eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified.

For BBA

• The minimum educational requirement for candidates is to have completed Class 12 or an equivalent examination for BBA admissions.
• The examination should be recognisedby the relevant educational board or authority in the country.
• The candidate must have successfully passed this examination (GAT) or UGAT to be eligible to apply.

For MBA

• Candidate must have  a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 
• Candidate must have completed the UG course in minimum three years duration.
• Students in the final year of graduation are eligible to apply for the programme

GITAM GAT 2025 application forms is out. Before applying, candidates has to ensure that they met the prescribed eligibility criteria. The application fee for GITAM GAT was INR 1200 for one group, and INR 2400 in case the candidates applied from 2 different groups.

The GAT application fee for the BBA and MBA programme is as follows:

• GAT application fee for BBA: INR 600
• GAT application fee for MBA: INR 1200

Candidates filling the GAT application form, must ensure to pay the application fee, without which the registration will not be successfull. Candidates can pay the GAT application fee through any of the following payment methods:

The full form for GITAM GAT is GITAM Admission Test. It is an management entrance test conducted by Gandhian Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) for admission to MBA/PGDM programe of GITAM School of Business. Candidates seeking admision to Post graduate programe of GITAM must appear for the exam. Candidates having valid score in national level management entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, etc. will be exemted from taking the GITAM GAT exam. Candidates will be required to fill the application form to be eligible for appearing in group discussion and personal interview rounds. GITAM GAT is conducted in multiple sessions in a year. Candidates can chose the date of examination as per their convenience.

The last date to apply for first phase of GAT exam has been notified. Aspirants will be able to submit the online GAT 2025 application form online till prescribed date at gitam.edu. Registered candidates will also be able to download the GAT 2025 admit card when released. Candidates will not be permitted to take the exam without the registration and admit card. GAT BBA Eligibility:

Candidates must have completed class 10+2 examination in any discipline with a minimum of 50% in aggregate or 5.0 CGPA.

GAT MBA Eligibility:

Candidates must have completed Bachelors degree examination in any discipline with a minimum of 60% in aggregate or 6.0 CGPA.

GAT (GITAM Admission Test) is conducted multiple times a year, with different exam dates for different admission cycles. The exact GITAM GAT exam dates is announced for each session. GITAM GAT is a paper based test conducted at exam centres across India. No, candidates will not be required to fill separate GAT application form to apply for different courses. With a single GAT application form candidates can apply for UG or PG courses they wish to apply for. Candidats can apply for Architecture, Engineering, Humanities, Law, Management, Nursing, Paramedical, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Sciences courses offered at GITAM Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru campuses. 

GAT 2025 registration will commence online soon. GITAM will announce the important dates for GAT 2025. Candidates willing to take admisison to GITAM to its UG or PG programme must fill the application form on or before the last date.

No, candidates will not be able to change the GAT exam centre once the application form is submitted. GITAM Deemed to be University does not provide any provision for GAT application form correction window. Candidates filling the application form must carefully enter the details. The GAT 2025 registration has commenced online and the last date of registration for MBA and BBA has been announced. Candidates must carefully enter the personal details, academic details, exam centre preference and payment details. 

GAT application form once submitted, no requests for change in the details of the application form will be entertained. Candidates must check the list of the GAT exam centres before filling the application form.

Yes, GITAM GAT 2025 registrations are open. GITAM has commenced the GAT 2025 registrations for UG and PG programmes. Candidates can now check the phase wise GAT 2025 application form dates online at apply.gitam.edu.

If you have forgotten your GAT login password, you can reset it by following these steps:

Step 1- Go to the GITAM GAT login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link.

Step 2- Enter your registered email address or mobile number. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number or email address.

Step 3- Enter the OTP and click on the "Submit" button.

Step 4- You will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password.

Step 5- Enter your new password and confirm it.

Step 6- Click on the "Submit" button to save your new password. Once you have reset your password, you can log in to your GAT account and download your admit card.

The GITAM GAT 2025 admit card for phase 1 exams have been issued. Only candidates who have completed the application form and made the payment will be able to download the GAT admit card. It is a mandatory document that must be carried on the day of the exam, without which candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. To download the admit card, candidates must visit the link sent to their registered email address and enter their login credentials. They will be able to view their personal details, as well as the exam centre details, where they are required to report on the day of the examination. Candidates must verify the details mentioned on the GAT admit card. If there are any discrepancies, they should immediately contact the GITAM helpline with supporting documents to rectify the information.
