Required Skillset for Yoga

A good yoga instructor can help transform one’s life. Needless to mention, proper knowledge of asanas and understanding of breathing pattern is a must for a yoga instructor. Yoga: Eligibility Criteria

  • Aspirants willing to pursue a course in BA Yoga or BSc Yoga must have cleared 10+2 and must have secured a minimum of 50% CGPA
  • Aspirants willing to pursue a course in MA Yoga or MSc Yoga must have pursed a course in BA/ BSc in Yoga Therapy
