JKBOSE - Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education

JKBOSE will release the JKBOSE 10th, 12th date sheet 2020 in the second week of January. The exams will begin in the last week of February 2020. 
Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) will release the JKBOSE date sheet 2020 for class 10th, 12th in the second week of January. The board will conduct the board examinations in February-March next year. In 2019, the exam for class 10 started on February 27, 2019, and those for class 12 commenced from February 23, 2019. Students preparing for the board exams must know the complete syllabus and exam pattern for better preparation of the exam.
List of Exams conducted by JKBOSE are as mentioned below:

The academic division of Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education also offers Centrally Sponsored Scholarship Schemes like:
Name of Scholarship Scheme | Details |
NMMS (National Means cum Merit Scholarship) | Selected students get the scholarship of Rs 6000 per annum from Class IX till Class XII. |
NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) | This is a flagship activity of NCERT, New Delhi. This examination is meant for students studying in Class 10. |
INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) | Performance in top 1 per cent in class XII J&K BOSE Examination and enrolment into education in Basic and Natural Science courses at BSc/Integrated MSc or MS levels, qualify automatically for a scholarship for the Higher education of Govt. of India (GOI) valued at Rs.80,000 per year for five years. |
Centre Sector Scholarship Scheme (CSSS) | Eligible meritorious students above 80 percentile in the General, SC and ST categories are awarded an amount of Rs.10,000 per annum for three years and at Rs.20,000 for further two years of post-graduation |
