All you need to know about infra, faculty, placements, students, and crowd.
Placements: I'm currently giving my 4th semester exams, but I know this because I volunteer for the placement committee. Last year's placements were better than this year; the seniors and teachers themselves said this. If you want to get a high-paying job. You have to be good or you'll be stuck with 4-5 LPA. This year's internship recruitment was pretty good as well. The lowest salary was 3.5 LPA, for those students who couldn't pass both the group discussion and the personal interview with the recruiters. This year some fewer companies/brands came through, only 7, but the percentage was good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good! You'd better get a PG or a flat. Don't choose a hostel. Too many unnecessary rules, cannot get food delivery from out (this happens more often than not), and it's just too expensive, practically the same price as you'd have to pay for a good PG. If you're a fashion student, you'll need to go out more often to gather supplies for your classes, and obtaining an outpass can be challenging if your warden is strict. The mess food is average; it's not the healthiest option, but which college offers the best food in a mess? None.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, supportive, understanding, and helpful. One of the best things here at Amity. The curriculum is great, just too many assignments, so you'd better be ready to work yourself off. Exams are super easy, you just have to pay attention in class.
Other: I technically chose this course based on the reviews I read here. I wish they would reduce the number of theory subjects and offer more practical courses. The events, campus environment, connectivity, surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are all great, with plenty of opportunities available. There is no ragging here (at least not in my batch; just a few mean students, but you'll find that in any college). There are very strict rules against ragging, so if anything happens, just inform the faculty or report it to the principal's office.

Good college for many courses and my course is also good.
Placements: I have listened about the placements of Amity University Noida and it is almost 99%. That is why I joined this college because of its good placements. The highest package is around 6 LPA, and minimum would be 2.5 LPA. Many big companies come to our college like Zudio, Zara, Pantaloons, etc. Top roles offered in my course are salesman and designing.
Infrastructure: In my course B.Des. fashion designing, theory and practical both classes are happening. The facilities are good like Wi-Fi, labs, and library too. If we talk about hostel, there are many options for food. You can have it on h-block and except food, all things are included in the hostel fee only like sports activities.
Faculty: Teaching quality is too good. Every teacher explains you very well and helps you in studies. I am only in 1st year so I have an idea about industrial visits. Semester exams are not so tough if you study the subject. The passing percentage is 33% in internal as well as external.

The campus is good with good infrastructure.
Placements: They say that placement will provide you with the highest package of 2.5 lakh or more per semester, and the lowest package is between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 70,000 per semester. Top recruiting companies include Aditya Birla, Armani, and many others. Students must score at least 85% to secure internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are good. All classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi, and many more are good. The hostel facilities are good. The food served in the mess and canteen is good. The campus has all the food courts like Dominos, Subways, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They know things very well. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. Exams are easy but if you haven't 75% attendance in each subject, then you can't take the exam and they will charge you.
Other: I opted for this course because I just want to explore more about the fashion industry and fashion technologies.

My college review and overall experience.
Placements: 90% of students are placed in fashion design courses. The lowest package is INR 20k, and the highest is around INR 60k. Brands like Zara, Marks and Spencers, etc.  recruit from here. 80 percent of students got placed at very reputed companies with great packages as consultants and in other roles. The roles offered are mostly those of fashion consultants.
Infrastructure: For every subject, different labs are available. Sewing machines are there. Pattern labs are there. The canteen, mess, confectionary shops, etc. are there. Stationary and photocopies are also available. Sports are also available of every kind. Even though there is a separate hall for every event,
Faculty: Teachers are great. They are supportive most of the time. They are very knowledgeable and practical. The course curriculum has relevant subjects and makes us ready for industry. Semester exams are fairly okay to give as they are mostly practical-based. Pass percent is 33%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest, and the best thing about it is the exposure you get and the many individual personalities you get to meet. The campus is wide and full of exciting events.

Review of Amity School of Fashion Technology, Amity University, Noida.
Placements: No student got placed. There were no salary packages offered. Everyone should realize Amity University is the definition of everything wrong with universities. Faculty members are terrible. Students are even worst. They offered no opportunities in this course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average. Facilities available are fine. The thing that differentiates Amity from other institutions is that after taking lakhs of rupees they still do not provide hand wash or soap on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members were not good. They get PhDs and sit in class and don't have the faintest idea of what they're doing or saying. They have no practical experience that cause conflicts between faculty and students.

I am satisfied with faculty members.
Placements: Around 40% of students got selected from the first round of placements. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA, and the average salary package offered in fashion design was 4 LPA. Top retail recruiting companies were Aditya Birla Group, Gas, Uniqlo, Globus, JMD Garments, etc. Around 60% of students got internships in brands such as Jack & Jones, Puma, and Shahi Exports. Major roles offered were fashion consultant, visual merchandiser, fashion designer, Retail manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus was spread over 70 acres of land. It had many buildings for different courses. The fashion design building was spacious with modern infrastructure and facilities where Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent and labs were spacious. All classrooms had a modern seating area. They had projectors. The hostel facility was good but more costly than the outer hostels. Our canteen provided a variety of food items to choose from and had major outlets such as subway and dominos. A doctor was always available for checkups and provided temporary medicines. Our college had a central library with modern infrastructure and all the facilities like online connectivity and an ample amount of books.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable. They guided us through every course of problems. They taught us a very real scenario of industry standards. The course was very relevant and made students ready to face industry standards and find solutions to problems. The difficulty level of exams was moderate. Exams depended on our studying. The pass percentage for semester exams was 3.5 SGPA.
Other: Our university selected students on a merit basis. I opted for this course because of my interest in art and design, and I am a creative-minded person. This course provides you with the freedom to create. The biggest fest is AYF which is conducted in February or March. The infrastructure of sports is huge where an annual sports fest Sanghathan is held. The scholarship standard is based on merit or results in semester exams. Our college should increase practical lab timing and equipment.
