I am completely satisfied with the college's practical learning approach.

Placements: 91% of the students were placed. The highest salary would be 15 LPA, and the lowest would be 4 LPA. L&T, Accenture, Qualcomm, Intel, and JP Morgan are the top recruiters. 90% of students got internships at Schneider Electrical, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, etc. The top roles offered are testing engineer, design engineer, verification engineer, software developer, entrepreneurs, etc.

Placements: The placement opportunities at our college are good. They ensure that every student regardless of their academic background secure a job or qualified for government exams, whether it's landing an average package or pursuing further studies or government positions, everyone os supported to succeed before leaving the college.

Why I like Chennai Institute of Technology

Placements: The department of biomedical engineering as provided 100% lessons for the past two batches. The placements are focused on the core subjects particularly. Internships are encouraged to the students from the second year onwards. The internships includes both hospital internships and industrial internships. There are many core companies from the biomedical industries come for recruitment each year.

Good placements and opportunities.

Placements: In ECE department, 70-80% students get placed with highest package of 13-15 lpa, the lowest of 3-4 lpa, and an average of 5-6 lpa. The top recruiters are Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, etc. and core companies offers roles according to the capability of the individual by the end of third year.

In case of academics and placements, best to go for this college in case if you need to .

Placements: This year, about 93% of students who joined placement training were placed. The highest package is 50 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The average package offered now is 6 LPA. Microsoft, Autodesk, TCS, Cognizant, Cisco, Zoho, JSW, Fronius, etc. Students get their internship on their own. Data analyst, software testing engineer, SDE, etc. roles are offered.

Placements: CIT Student are trained effectively for placements at 3rd Year of their degree itself. Subjects related to Aptitude are taught from 1st year itself, which helps students to gain skills, such as problem solving, logical thinking, which are necessary for placements. Students are insisted to do Internship at end of 1st Year, which makes student to gain experience in their respective field. Students are also insisted to solve problems in various platforms such as Leetcode, Skillrack, Codechef etc., ...

Placements: In terms of placements as a whole, CIT has excelled in getting job offers for students. It has good placement opportunities for those who want to excel in core fields and software. Our college has ample companies that hire qualified students, like Tessolve, Amazon, Zoho, and Qualcomm.

Good placements record in 2024.

Placements: Companies like HCL, Tessolve, Econ, Qmax and many others have hired students from our department. The highest package offered is 19 lacs. Another advantage once you this college is that they give you the freedom to do anything you want to do, you must improvise yourself. For instance, if you want to prepare for higher studies and for competitive examinations like GATE and GRE, the college guide you and will support you till your exam is done.

Absolutely satisfied with the academic opportunities, but not so much with the infrastructure.

Placements: Last year, 92.3% of students were placed, with the lowest salary package offered being 3 LPA and the highest reaching 52 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Microsoft and Google, and students can begin securing internships from the second semester onwards. The college provides language training and supports students with research publishing and projects.

Tamilnadu's best self financing college.

Placements: Above 95% of students are getting placed. The highest package is above 50 LPA, and the average package is 4.5–6 LPA. Accenture and HCL are the two top recruiting companies. Internships are mandatory for every student in every semester. Placement training would start in the 6th semester.

A great college for Engineering students.

Placements: Almost 100 percent students secure jobs by the end of their 4th year. The highest package offered was around 24 Lacs per month as a Microsoft intern, and another highest package was around 50 LPA offered by Amazon. In my course, 80 percent of the students secured internship opportunities and the Microsoft placed a lot of students from my department.
