I am highly satisfied with this college.

Placements: Placements and internships offered by this institute are excellent. Reputed companies visit this institute to recruit students for various internships and placements. The lowest salary package offered by the companies is 5 LPA.

It is the best hotel management college you could find in North India.

Placements: I'm in the final year, and the campus placements are going to start soon. I've seen in my first and second years, that everyone got placed in well-renowned and excellent companies. The packages could go from 8,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on the level. Top recruiting companies are ITC, Oberoi, Taj Hotels, Starbucks, CCD, Holiday Inn, Radisson, Crown Plaza, Roseate, Trident etc. Almost 100% of students got internships for sure.

The college is good but needs betterment.

Placements: Aihm Chandigarh offers great opportunities to the students as the placement criteria is very sorted. Around 50 brands come for the placements every year to the college to provide jobs to the candidates. It's very easy for the students to get jobs as they are coming to the college by themselves.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also very good as there are air-conditioned classrooms and Wi-Fi facilities are also there. There are separate labs for 1st 2nd and 3 years to remove the mess and confusions. And the ...

It is a very good college to pursue hotel management.

Placements: Most of the students got placed in very good hotels like Marriott, Taj, ITC and many franchises like Starbucks, Domino's, etc. In the end, more than 95% of the students got jobs. Most of the companies came to our college for the selection in every department of the hotel.

Infrastructure: Our college provides labs, good classrooms, a big library, equipped kitchens and air-conditioned classrooms. The hostel is pretty decent. Gaming and sports, medical facilities, mess, library and gym are available. Hostel rooms a...

Review of IHM Chandigarh - Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition.

Placements: According to the fee, the salary package offered is very low, and the fee hike is more.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very average as compared to the fee. There are no sports facilities in our college, and our college is also not big in the area wise. Rules of our college are like a school like proper grooming and hard discipline.

Placements: Placements depend solely on your communication skills and personality for the other three departments except for kitchen where you need to be desperately passionate towards the field to get yourself skilful enough to get a job. Packages aren't very good, it would be around Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month on an average.

One of the best colleges for hotel management.

Placements: Being the topmost college under NCHMCT, the placement records are very good. Almost each and every alumni gets placed in a good hotel, or a retail outlet they chose to join. Some of the brands coming to the college are Oberoi, Taj Hotels, ITC Hotels, JW Marriott, Hyatt, Reliance, Dominos, etc. The salary offered is between Rs. 18,000-30,000 per month. Students were offered roles for OT (Operational trainee), as well as, MT (Management Trainee).

Infrastructure: The college is not very big, and it has 2 different blocks. On the other hand, the labs are all well equipped with all the latest equipment of the best quality. The library is also very big and has almost every book related to the field. Classrooms are well equipped and well ventilated. Meals are provided at the lunch break. There is no cafeteria, and instead, there is a ruck shop where you can find soft drinks, tea, coffee, chips, etc. Talking about the hostel, there are many infrastructure iss...
