My College G. H. Raisoni Jalgaon Review.
Placements: G. H. Raisoni is a good college. It is a little 5-7 km away from Jalgaon. The teaching staff is also good, and there are regular lectures. Every program happens. But no big companies come to the place, and this is the only bad thing. That's why I am giving an average rating.
Infrastructure: I had done a Bachelor of Computer Application. The teaching staff was very good, supportive, and helpful. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Labs were there twice a week. The classroom was quite big. The library was not as big. The hostel is available on the campus, but I did not stay because it was very expensive.
Faculty: The teaching staff was very good, supportive, and helpful. BCA is very helpful for those students who are interested in programming, and there are many jobs in this field in the industry. The exam was not that difficult for me because the teachers had taught me very well, so the exam was not too difficult.
Other: I chose BCA because I had a lot of interest in computers and programming. Everything is correct, but there is no job above 20-25k in placement, so you can learn some skills after this.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of these reasons: Very bad faculty members and Money-oriented.
Placements: The college provides placement facilities, but it is not known to any 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-year students, probably because the packages are very low. The college does too much show-off when it comes to placements, but it is not at that level like other Raisoni colleges in metropolitan cities.
Infrastructure: The college has an IT lab, but they will not allow you to sit there even if you are working on your own laptop.
You are not even allowed to sit in your own classroom for any purpose other than lectures.
Wi-Fi can only be used for 20 minutes in one day.
Classrooms are closed every time, and when you sit in another classroom, that department staff will scold and insult you for sitting in their department’s classroom.
The canteen sells snacks at higher prices than MRP (violation of consumer rules) and does not maintain hygiene. Many students have seen cockroaches and rats in the kitchen area.
The college has various labs, but they are mostly for show-off as even core engineering students are not allowed to use them.
The college is money-oriented but does not give much facilities for our fees.
Faculty: No, this college can never make any student industry-ready. If the student is, then it’s because of their own hard work.
Basically, I am saying this because college teachers are not qualified. They only have basic knowledge and less experience in teaching.
For example, in the first year, we had a teacher for C programming who was newly appointed at that time. Then that teacher taught us Python too. Now that same teacher is teaching us DSA in the second year. This means there’s no faculty for separate departments; they just change subjects as semesters change.
College faculty members are not supportive of innovation and projects; they only want good attendance in their lectures and waste time in college for lectures.
These teachers say on their own that they are learning the subject as they teach because they don’t have experience teaching it.
To talk about courses, I believe they are far behind colleges in Mumbai and Pune, including subjects that are not important.
Semester exams are easy as some teachers give the question papers to students. They do this because they have not taught even single chapters completely. Faculty fear about their reputation, which leads to students becoming completely blank-minded for industry jobs.
Other: Who doesn’t like college life? I chose this course as there is scope in this field in the future.
Talking about events, the college always asks to gather money for every event, even for freshers.
Campus crowds can only be seen at the time of exams and submissions because at other times the college does nothing, not even proper lectures are conducted.
Faculty members are not supportive of extracurricular activities; they directly say that it’s not their problem. For example, if you take part in an Aavishkaar event where one guide is compulsory to be present, no guide comes from this college. Not even a single teacher attends.
When asked to fill out the Mahadbt scholarship form, they waste too much time and always say to come at another time.
They are just like some government officials. The college documentation staff is very bad to students and always makes students feel like cheap objects.

Part of the Raisoni Group of Institutions.
Placements: There are more than 300 students studying in our college for BCA. Up to 5 Lacs is the highest package, and 2 Lacs is the lowest package of my college. The education is very good, but not all faculty members are great; some are average, and all facilities are available.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are very fantastic, and the library is too. The hostel mess is normal, and the medical facilities are also normal. Sports and games are better than in other colleges, and all the classrooms and libraries are good. Functions are also enjoyed in our college.
Faculty: Yes, some teachers are helpful, but not all from my perspective. All the classrooms and libraries are good in my college. The semester exam is easy if I start to study, and the teaching is good and helpful for us. I like my college; thank you.

I am satisfied with this college because it best staff and a great college campus.
Placements: Based on the CET and JEE Main percentage in the PCB group, students can join this college. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Students who score above 7 CGPA got selected in companies like TCS, etc., through college placements.
Infrastructure: We have free Wi-Fi on our college campus. We have the best and most clean labs. There is an Apple Lab in our college. Our college has a huge library on the college campus. We have a seminar hall, a canteen, a sports room, a gym, computer labs, an automatic lift, medical facilities, a basketball court, and a large ground for football and cricket.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and calm. They are highly qualified. They teach students without any doubts. Our exams are conducted very strictly. Our teachers make students ready for company interviews, job opportunities, etc. We have 8 semesters in 4 years duration.
Other: The computer field is growing in future, and it is very important for today's world, so I chose this course. Our college celebrates every festival.

The review for the college.
Placements: This G.H. Raisoni Commerce and Management doesn’t have great placement facilities. This college also doesn’t bring any good companies for the placements, and apart from that, they also don’t bring any internship opportunities to the students in the college.
Infrastructure: The campus is great, and the college is also providing almost all the facilities that the college has to provide. G.H. Raisoni Commerce and Management provides good facilities to live, and the sports facilities are also good.
Faculty: The courses they offer are great, and the subjects are old, and they don’t update them. Their courses are old, and they have been teaching them for so many years, and the paper pattern is easy, so the students can clear the exam very easily.

My experience at the college has been a mixed one, good.
Placements: The college placement process was fairly average. While there were some good companies that visited the campus, the overall number of opportunities felt limited. The placement cell did provide support in terms of resume-building workshops and mock interviews, but I felt the guidance could have been more personalized. The companies that came for recruitment mostly offered roles in fields like IT and finance, so students from other disciplines didn’t have as many options. Additionally, the placement drive timing wasn’t very well-structured, and many students were left feeling rushed during interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course has been quite impressive. The classrooms are spacious, well-lit, and equipped with modern audio-visual systems, making lectures more interactive and engaging. There are also dedicated labs for practical work, and they are well-maintained with up-to-date equipment that helps in hands-on learning. The library is another highlight, with an extensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources, which have proven invaluable for research and study. The Wi-Fi across campus is generally reliable, though it can occasionally slow down during peak hours.
Faculty: The faculty at my college is knowledgeable, but the teaching style can vary greatly from one professor to another. While some professors are engaging and always available to clarify doubts, others follow a more traditional approach, and the classes can sometimes feel monotonous. There is a lack of consistent interaction with students, and more personalized attention would be helpful for complex topics. The curriculum itself is fairly comprehensive but could be updated to reflect the latest industry trends. Some of the subjects seem outdated, and a few practical applications and case studies could make the learning more relevant.
Other: Enhanced Faculty Development: While the faculty is knowledgeable, offering regular professional development opportunities, workshops, and exposure to new teaching methods can help improve teaching quality. Encouraging faculty to adopt more interactive, student-centered approaches could make classes more engaging and ensure that students are better prepared for real-world challenges.
Improved Career Services and Placement Support: The placement cell could offer more diverse opportunities, including for non-IT or non-finance students, and should focus on providing better counseling and interview preparation for all students. Personalized career advice, more industry partnerships, and organizing career fairs with a wider variety of companies would be beneficial.
