Placements: I'm pursuing M.Sc. (Financial Economics) From GIPE, Pune. Financial Economics known to be a most Premiere course of this institute in comparison to other three courses. Last year, the highest placement was 12.5 Lacs from Deloitte and around 70 percent of students got placed during placements. Here, Internships are hard to get. Companies which usually visits the campus are Citi Bank, Axis Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte, HDFC Bank etc.

Placements: Last year companies like Deloitte and Fractal came for the final placements offering the position of a data analyst. The maximum package was of 11.9 LPA. Very few companies come for summer internships and the average package is of 10000-15000. This year the summer internship line up includes companies like Axis Bank, Citibank, and Gartner.

Placements: Placements are average. About 50% of the students who sit for placements are placed on campus. Off-campus placements are also good enough. Thus the majority of the students are successfully placed. A major group (primarily from general and agribusiness) also opt for PhD. Placements: For my batch, the placements were decent. Perhaps 20 percent of the entire batch got placed. The senior batch was also similar, but they got better packages. The roles offered are mainly relating to analytics. Average was about 5 lakh per annum, while the highest went to 7 lakh, which is absolutely nothing. Most people feel the need to repeat the course from elsewhere after graduating.

The faculty here is very good. All the faculty members are helpful as well. As there are less number of students in the college, the interaction between students and faculty is high. In the starting, students have received the highest package of 9 Lacs per annum. The placements are not over yet.
