SRK's college: Good infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: The average package offered is about 8 LPA, and my course does not have many placement opportunities, but if students pursue further studies in a particular field related to my subject, they can earn a deserving CTC. There are other courses at my college, such as Economics Honours and B.Com Honours, which offer better placement opportunities. Big Four companies like Deloitte have provided internship opportunities to students here.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in the library, which is one of the biggest libraries in the University of Delhi. The classrooms are fully ventilated and air-conditioned, and the labs are fully equipped with all essential academic tools, along with friendly lab staff. Hostel facilities and food are the best here in my college; there is a library and a playing area in the hostel. Over 200 students live in the hostel, sharing rooms with two persons per room. Based on my experience, the food here is good.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members studied at Delhi University. They are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They use various teaching methods, including presentations, online, and offline learning. Yes, this course is quite relevant and makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 40 percent, and the college exams are not very difficult. Students can easily pass if they thoroughly review previous year's questions.
Other: I have always been interested in understanding the chemistry behind things and nature. The best part of this course is that you get to learn about the world more closely. There are many extracurricular activities and societies. An annual fest called Confluence takes place every year.

It is the best because of the best-qualified faculty, the crowd, infrastructure, etc.
Placements: Many students in our Chemistry department prepare for competitive exams. However, the highest package for B.Com students is 50 LPA, and the average package ranges from 10-15 LPA. A majority of students from all courses got internships in top companies like Microsoft, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities of our college are really unbelievable because the Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and the library are all good. Hansraj College of Delhi University offers hostels for both boys and girls. I would rate 7 out of 10 for the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very impressive. The course curriculum is relevant. The level of the semester exams is moderate to difficult. 80% of students pass semester exams easily.

Also, annual fests and freshers' parties are organized in my college.
Placements: My course has a very low placement percentage, but we get internships in various companies according to our interests in fields like social media, coding, etc. Many companies visit my college, but it depends on our skills to help us secure placements; the college name doesn't significantly aid in the process.
Infrastructure: The hostel at our college is very good, but the seats are limited, so they allocate space to 1-2 persons in every course based on their marks. The mess food is really good; they provide healthy meals and a variety of dishes. The hostel also has designated game times.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The semester exams are neither too tough nor too easy. The passing criteria is approximately 4 CGPA in a year, and the exams are held twice a year, i.e., semester-wise. The teachers also involve us in extracurricular activities; many camps are held at our college, and they give us the chance to manage those events.
Other: Currently, I'm in my second year, and the duration of the programming courses has been extended since students can complete their college in either three or four years. After four years, a person will receive the honors degree.

One of the best colleges in India for B.Sc., B.A., and B.Com.
Placements: There were no students got placed. This course was not for placement. It opened doors for research. After doing this course, you could do a master's in any Life Science branch and go for research options. But remember, you had to gain good practical knowledge. Otherwise, you would end up wasting your 3 or 4 years.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speed was good, labs were top-class, and classrooms were equipped with AC. The library was also top-notch and had almost every book. I had some friends in the Hansraj hostel, and from their perspective, I can say that they were definitely satisfied with the hostel. They were allowed to use the college grounds every evening, the food quality was good, and their rooms were quite large in size. Per month, they had to pay around Rs.10,000.
Faculty: Faculty were knowledgeable and qualified. Some of them were really helpful. Students needed to do at least a master's degree to get industry-ready. The semester exams were of medium-level difficulty, but the practical exams were very tough. The pass percentage was around 40%, and you had to pass separately in practical as well as theoretical exams.

Hansraj College - North campus, is it worth the hype?
Placements: Hi, I am a 1st-year student at Hansraj College (graduation in the year 2027) pursuing B.Sc. (H) mathematics, my knowledge is in accordance with the information from my seniors about this year's placements. In mathematics, the highest I have heard (as of March, 2025) is around 13 LPA. The lowest salary is around 5 LPA. The minimum package that can be offered at Hansraj is 4 LPA only. The placements are 100% or not sure in case some companies require a mandatory 7 CGPA to sit for their placement interviews.
Infrastructure: All the prerequisites are available, good computer labs, good wet labs, a big playground, with virtually all sports items, and a botanical garden. We also have a butterfly conservatory and seminar halls. Most of the classrooms are fitted with ACs. There is a very good library and all labs are fitted with Wi-Fi. Hostel is only available for students not from Delhi-NCR. It has a reading room, a common room, 2 lawns, and good food three times a day. Hostel has its own tournaments from time to time in sports. As a hostel president, you get a WUS health card.
Faculty: Teachers here are indeed very helpful, as they are meant to be, well-qualified, eminent, and men and women of letters. You might find some professor's pedagogy not that good but believe me if you put in the effort, most of them are extremely good. The course is definitely relevant. It has subjects that involve excel and programming in mathematics, also you can take good electives courses of your choice, like python, and states with R, to be industry-ready. We are also taught computer graphics. Semester exams are not that difficult, and I am not aware of the passing percentage.
Other: I chose mathematics, because it is the only subject I know. The best things about my course are already aforesaid in the placements and faculty section. I am not qualified enough to suggest any infusions in the course. The events I would say are decent, however not the par with the ones at Hindu and SRCC.

Good placement in 2022, Reason is because Teachers are cooperative .
Placements: The highest package was 20 LPA. De Shaw, Deloitte, Data Analyst job offers, Data Scientist, Software Developer, and IT Consultant, among others. The average package for Computer Science graduates from Hansraj College is competitive, often ranging between 8 to 15 LPA, with top offers exceeding this range.
Infrastructure: Computer systems are good in the lab. AC classrooms and Wi-Fi are also available in labs. Hansraj College boasts a well-stocked library with a vast collection of books, journals, and e-resources, and hostel facilities for both male and female students. The college has extensive sports infrastructure, including a large playground, basketball courts, a gymnasium, and facilities for indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in my course; you need to attend the classes regularly. Courses on C+, Java, Python, and other programming languages form the backbone of the curriculum, equipping students with essential coding skills. The faculty members are often Ph.D. holders with significant research experience in their respective fields.
