It is the best college of Delhi University.
Placements: Only 5 students get placements. The highest package is 15 LPA. Companies like Amazon, PW, and Unacadmy hire students. 40-50 students of my department got internships. My course M.Sc. in Mathematics is very interesting, and some topics are very interesting like topology, functional analysis, modules theory, ODE, homology theory, topological dynamics, unbdd, algebraic topology, etc., which are used in real life.
Infrastructure: The hostel has good infrastructure, food, etc. All are very good. My hostel is good compared to other university hostels in food and cleanliness. It has a PG and a good atmosphere. Physical instruments are also available like a fitness gym for good health. So everything is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members of my department are top in India. Recently, my department got all India ranked 1 in the universities ranking, and with IITs, we got all India ranked 8. Faculty members of my department are very educated. Exams are also good in this department. Papers are very good.
Other: My course is M.Sc. mathematics, which is a very good course. I am good at Maths. My course has much research in topology, homology theory, ode, topological dynamics, etc., which is also relatable to real life.

The toppers of the college provide special cash prizes.
Placements: Masters students were eligible for placements. Almost 78% of students got placements in B.A. social science and in many courses. The highest salary package was 35 LPA, and the average salary package was 15 LPA. Mostly 80% of students got placements. Many local and well-settled companies visited this college. I am preparing for CSIR, NET, and JRF to become a professor, and I want to become a professor at this college.
Infrastructure: The room provided accommodation for two students. It was well furnished and had open and less green surroundings. Meal was very good and had a different menu every day giving four times meals breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Application form was provided by the hostel management and it was to be submitted offline and then students were selected according to the colleges, and their marks in the admission test. I opted for the government hostel which had very good environment with a beautiful garden and a non-polluted environment. Campus had very good environment for the students.
Faculty: Course curriculum was very interesting and well-planned. There were 5 papers in this course, 3 papers were the same as M.Sc. maths line programming, and C+ was additional. There was semester-type exam structure divided into 4 semesters. This course was unique in India because there were a few universities that were running this course. It provided a huge opportunity to get jobs in well-settled companies because every company was hiring operations research students. They want maximum profit at the lowest cost. In this course, we could learn how to earn maximum profit from the lowest investment.

It has good infrastructure and facilities. DU is really good.
Placements: No such placements are offered in DU colleges. The highest package is 8 LPA, which is bagged by just 2 students. Roles offered are junior and senior chemist, scientist, research associate, etc. The top recruiting companies for our course are Hindalco, Tata Chemical, SRF Limited, etc.
Infrastructure: The department is fully AC and labs are good with all instruments. The library has multiple books and has full AC. The hostel is good with average food quality. The canteen is superb. The sport ground is vast with good engagement and equipment to play. The department itself is wide.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is above average with continuous assignments and presentations. The course curriculum is relevant which is helpful in companies and industries. Semester exams are not that hard and easy to score.
Other: I personally love Chemistry, so I chose it. The lab work is tedious but is really enjoyable and learning. Fests here are awesome. The campus crowd is good. One really enjoys college life here.

The college days are the best, live it fully, later you will regret it.
Placements: Placements are not that good in maths but still one may get a package of 6 LPA to 20 LPA if he or she completes all the qualifying steps. Teachers also help in building our motive and confidence, and most importantly CVs for job resumes. Internships are also good enough in between our college years.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good enough, what one can expect from the top colleges of DU. I have had a pretty good experience in the canteen, especially the shake. They have a very good seating arrangement, just a pure vibe. The hostel is pretty good, both girls and boys have their separate one. It is affordable to all students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Semester exams are not that difficult. All you need is to study the PYQs of the past 3-5 years to get good marks. We have internal assessments. They need a good record for attendance which we find difficult as we are lost in the beauty of enjoying our campus life.
Other: Fests are awesome. Scholarships are good. Choose the course which you like the most. I prefer states or CS.

It is the best college in my experience.
Placements: Placements are good. A lot of industrial and research companies visit the college to hire students. But they all are inclined towards hiring students with good marks in their semesters. Students should at least score 60% in academics to apply for placements. From the last semester, students become eligible for the campus placements. Many companies offer placements with an annual package for the students. Interviews are held by the companies for the selection of the best students. The package offered ranges from 2-3 LPA for students.
Infrastructure: I have never opted for the hostel. But few of my friends used to stay at college hostels. Students who stay far from the colleges only stay at the hostel. Hostels are also offered on the basis of merit. If we score well in exams, then only we get a seat in the hostel.
Faculty: This course has data analysis, inventory management, chain supply management, coding, and sales. I am better at management and teamwork. I participate in seminars and programs. I manage pre-programs and seminars. Faculty members are easily accessible to students of the college. We can consult the subject teacher in their respected departments. The administration is also helpful if we follow norms in the college. Semester examinations are conducted in the department for M.Sc students and there are also classes for students. Students have to submit the fee to the college and collect the admit card and mark sheet from there. The college has an environment of studies as well as extracurricular activities.

Very satisfied with the services and infrastructure.
Placements: The percentage of students who were placed in our course was average (about 45%). The highest package was 7.5 LPA, and the average package was 6 LPA. The lowest package was 3.5 LPA. Many students also got internships in several companies that came for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure provided by the college for our department were very good. Campus was covered by greenery everywhere. Classrooms and labs were modified and well-maintained. The food quality available in mess and canteen was hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty members were qualified but not very knowledgeable. They always use books while teaching and always ignore all the doubts asked by the students. Our course curriculum was not relevant and only few activities happened every month. The pass percentage was 54%.

With 72.2% in Class 12, getting admission to Hindu College (Delhi University) may be challenging as the cutoffs for popular courses like BA, B.Sc., and B.Com are typically high. However, your chances depend on the specific course you're interested in and the cutoff trends for that year.
