AAT 2022 dates have been announced by IIT Bombay. JEE Advanced AAT 2022 application form will be available online for all qualified candidates from September 11 to 12. To participate in AAT 2022 admission process, the candidates have to meet the official eligibility criteria. JEE Advanced AAT 2022 will be held on September 14. What is AAT?
The Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) is conducted every year for the candidates who wish to take admissions to the BArch programme offered by the IIT Kharagpur, IIT Varanasi and IIT Roorkee. One of the most important eligibility for appearing in AAT is to qualify JEE Advanced. However, it is important for every candidate to note that admission to undergraduate architecture courses will not be as per AAT rank or score rather it will be based on the candidate’s rank in JEE Advanced.

AAT 2022 Application Form
The authorities will release the AAT application form 2022 on September 11. Candidates will have to fill out and submit the JEE Advanced AAT 2022 application form before the final date i.e., September 12. No other mode will be used by the authorities to accept the AAT application form. While filling out the application form, the candidates will have to enter the required details and select their choice of exam centre from the available list. Submission of the form has to be done by the candidates to be registered for the upcoming exam.
AAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are advised to check the AAT eligibility 2022 before applying for the examination. The criteria have been listed below for the candidate's reference:
- Candidates should have qualified JEE Advanced 2022
- Along with securing a valid rank in JEE Advanced, the candidates should also meet the basic academic eligibility criteria of the examination.
AAT 2022 Syllabus
The authorities have released the official syllabus of AAT 2022. Candidates can now check the list of topics that has to be studied for the examination through the AAT syllabus 2022. By knowing the syllabus beforehand, the candidates will be able to plan out their study and preparation process.
AAT 2022 Exam Pattern
The details regarding how the entrance examination will be held are available through the AAT exam pattern 2022. AAT 2022 Admit Card
IIT Bombay will not release AAT admit card 2022. Candidates will be required to present their JEE Advanced 2022 admit card at the examination centre. Without the admit card, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. Details regarding the allotted exam centre and other instructions will be notified to the candidates.
AAT 2022 Result
AAT 2022 result will be declared by the authorities on September 17. The/ qualifying status will be available through the AAT result. Candidates are advised to download and print the result for future reference.
AAT 2022 Counselling
Candidates who qualify AAT 2022 will have to participate in the JoSAA 2022 counselling and seat allotment process. During the process, the candidates will have to register and fill their choice of colleges and courses. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and availability of seats. After the allotment is announced, the candidates will have to complete the admission process within the given timeline.
BArch Course at IITs
AAT is conducted for admission to BArch courses conducted by IIT Varanasi, IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur. For admission to architecture in any of the three IITs, candidates must qualify JEE Main then JEE Advanced and then AAT 2022.
