I regret joining this college.

Faculty: The faculty are very knowledgeable and helpful. You can do innovative projects. The teaching quality is good. The pass percentage is average, 40%. There are many courses that make you a social man. You will also learn courses like education value development of society.

Placements: 100% of students got placed from this branch. The average package offered is 25 LPA, the highest package is above 1 Crore (2019), and the lowest package is around 15 LPA. The top companies for this course are Amazon, Google etc. T...

Our college has great coding culture, and a good environment. Fests are fun, & professors are fine.

Faculty: Professors are very knowledgeable and qualified too but most of them are not so friendly except a few. They teach well but self-st,dy is a must. College is having a great coding culture, so there is no problem in opting for CSE. Semester exams are average. But there is relative grading.

Placements: CSE branch in IIT BHU has 100% placements with an average salary package of about 25 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 1.5 crores per annum for foreign and about 65 LPA in case of domestic. Companies that...

Very good placement, not that great infrastructure .

Faculty: Teachers in our department are very good. Not very strict. They are qualified, helpful and knowledgeable and teaching quality is good. Course curriculum is old not updated. In our department event you will get everything required for placement.

Placements: Most of the students got placed. Only those who wants higher studies don't sit for placement. The highest packeg is 1.5 crores grabbed by only one student in 2019. the lowest is around 10 Lacs and average package is around 20-22 Lacs. All the big companies...

It has the best facilities, teachers, a lush green campus and a good placement percentage.

Faculty: There is some pressure on academics with many assignments, quizzes and viva. Labs are arranged for students, but overall, they are essential for students' development. Teachers are well-qualified and teach very well. Tutors and lab assistants are very friendly and supportive, as they should be. The course curriculum is much relevant and designed very sharply, and it is placements and skills oriented.

Placements: Around 90% of the students got placed in our branch. The highest salary package offered is 37 LPA...

A review of IIT Banaras - Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (IIT BHU).

Faculty: Faculty members are highly skilled, and they take studies very seriously. The course curriculum is vast, and it covers almost all syllabus of IES. But then, it is up to the capability of students to gain knowledge.

Placements: Placements in college have been amazing for both core and non-core students. All the students who appeared for placements got placed. Non-core companies offered high salary packages, and the students are also interested in non-core companies. The average salary package offered was arou...

Review of IIT Varanasi - Indian Institute of Technology.

Faculty: Professors are well-experienced and have a very good research background. They are very supportive, and since the strength is not much, you have the benefit that professors pay good attention to you and your activities. The course structure is very good, and it mainly includes physics and chemistry topics.

Placements: Core placements are a bit tough, but for non-core, you can expect good placements. In our branch, the average salary package offered is around 12 LPA. You have more value if you do PhD in mater...

Everything is good, but some repairs in infrastructure will boost the ranking.

Faculty: Teachers are good. We need to study, that's the more important thing. Humanity course is something that is not interesting. It's actually irritating at some stage, but that's not the problem of our college. That's the problem of all the IITs, and we can't do anything.

Placements: The placements are really good in this IIT. Many of the students get placed depending on their hard work and dedication. It's worth studying here, but hard work is mandatory no matter in which branch you are. No hard work, no placem...

College life is amazing here.

Faculty: Our department is considered as India's top civil department by its result in IES and research. In the year 2021, in the UPSC and IES exam, 1st, 2nd and 9th rank holders are from our department. The course curriculum of civil engineering is pretty relaxing.

Placements: Almost all the students who attended placements got placed at the college. Only 2 or 3 students got internships at the college. I am from the core branch. Some companies like Microsoft and Google have a prerequisite that they only hire CS stud...

Awesome placements and improving infrastructure.

Faculty: The faculty here is although not top-notch yet some are quite helpful. The faculty here is quite qualified and enough industry exposure is provided. The curriculum taught is sufficient and quite helpful during placements.Teaching methods are average. The competition is quite good and good quality of minds can be found all around the campus.

Placements: This year, during the first round of placements, the highest package was obtained by a student of the mathematics and computing department of Rs 1.34 crore. A...

Teachers are bad, but extracurricular, infrastructure and placements are very good.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, but most of them lack quality of teaching. They don't know how to teach complex concepts. So academically you have to depend on your own. The course curriculum of our branch is not relevant to industry-related problems, and it has somewhat become old fashioned now. So if you have to learn new things related to the industry, then you should do it on your own.

Placements: As per the rule of TPO, the exact details are not known to any of the students. But I can give a rough idea about the placements. Most of the placements from the chemical branch are in the software sector as only some companies visit the campus for the core sector. Companies which recruit students for core jobs include Unilever (HUL), ITC, and PSU's, and the rest all companies are from software and finance and consulting. For non-core sector job, one has to be good at programming. Almost 80% of ...

I had a completely happy college life.

Faculty: Mainly students have to study course on their own. Professors help in classes and labs. In the current situation, the pharma industry is really in demand. Professors are very helpful in giving guidance for further studies and course-related queries. They always help with personal issues.

Placements: About 85% of students got placed from our department. The number of companies visiting here for recruitment is continuously increasing. Mainly they offer SDE and analyst roles. Almost every company allows student...

Looking IIT BHU from inside.

Faculty: The faculty members are nice, and I found them very helping and motivating. On the other hand, the course curriculum is a bit boring but essential too. A load of academics is very less compared to other IITs and hence students can do anything they want and could carry on their interest. I feel very proud to be a part of IIT BHU.

Placements: The institute actually has very good placement records due to its outstanding alumni and also due to the presence of placement and training cell working day and night to ...

Amazing Placement, Amazing IIT.

Faculty: Here in IIT-BHU, faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable but when it comes to teaching qualities, I think that it can be improved much more. Curriculum is also not Much Updated, but this are relevant to Core Chemical Sectors. Here in Our IIT, there are clubs, which train us to survive in that corporate. We do Group Discussion, Case study, and many more which help us in placement session.

Placements: These are the stats of 2018 pass out batch. In Chemical engineering, around 81% of total students who sit in placement session got Job. On campus the highest, Average and the lowest was 37 LPA, 12 LPA, 5 LPA respectively. (Including both Core and Non-Core Zone) Top Recruiting Companies were HUL, ITC, Reliance, Honeywell. Top Roles offered were Process Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, Production Engineer. In 3rd Year, around 30% students got internship and HUL, Honeywell are some of top comp...

Great placements, genius faculty, and a place to create great memories!

Faculty: The teachers in our department are highly qualified and are able to clear all the doubts you might have. You not only get to learn things but they are also demonstrated to you in the labs where you are given the chance to use the equipment. To get to know more about the core field, each student is allotted an exploratory project under certain professors. Students have to do B.Tech and M.Tech projects during their pre-final year. Overall the course curriculum is very relevant.

Placements: Of all the students ...

Overall completely satisfied, very good placement count even in covid situation.

Faculty: Teachers here are of both kind, good as well as bad, and so is the teaching quality. Course curriculum is 95% relevant and other 5% include human values courses and so. Course curriculum make students ready for industry. But it also depends on students interest.

Placements: 90% of the students are placed from my course. 5% are sitting in the placement phase 2. And remaining students did not take part in the placement process. The highest is around 24 lakh, average is 12 lacs, the lowest is still not clear because placement phase 2 is remaining. Top recruiting companies are flipkart, Mock, DB, Axtria, tiger analytics, American express, Myntra, iqvia and many more. On campus internship count is less for our branch which is around 10% but placement count is very good...
