If you get a chance in future, then take admission here.

Placements: Placements in our branch are not much better, but considering the scenario of the civil branch, then the placements are better for that branch here than in other colleges. About 60% of students got placed in reputed companies. The highest salary package was grabbed by one student, which was nearly 17 LPA. The average salary package offered was 7.67 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was nearly 5 LPA. Top recruiters are from the IT sector like Wipro, L&T Construction and TATA Motors. From...

I suggest opting for it if you got a chance to get admission here.

Placements: I am a 1st-year student of electronics and communication at IIT BBS. The placement scenario in 2020 is pretty much good, and above 160 students received job offers. The placement percentage is increasing sharply as compared to the previous year. More than 87% of the undergraduate students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 45 LPA which is grabbed by 10 students of IIT Bhubaneswar. The average salary package offered is 15.85 LPA, and students also got PPOs from big companies. Really appreciable college.

Placements: In civil engineering, it is around 50 % placement in core as well as non-core sectors. The highest package was 15 Lacs in an IT company and the lowest is 5-6 Lacs and average is 8-9 Lacs. Top companies are Goldman Sachs, Razopay, Master card, Amazon and PSUs. Internship percentage from my course is around 70%. It includes the companies such as Amazon, Hindustan Petroleum, Goldman Sachs and many more.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are equipped with smart boards, projectors, Wi-Fi, Air conditioners, speakers and ...

Review of Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: Placements in our college are good only for non-core branches. If you want to do a software job, then only take admission to this college. You will get very few companies for a core job, and mostly those companies prefer B.Tech, but not dual degree students. Companies will not allow dual degree students to attend their tests.

Infrastructure: The food served in a mess is quite good. There is 24x7 access for Wi-Fi. All classrooms are air-conditioned. There are 5 volleyball courts, 4 basketball courts and 1 hockey ...

I am quite satisfied with my college.

Placements: About 97% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was about 44 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are Amazon, Flipkart and Goldman Sachs. About 80% of students get internships from our course in companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities are quite good here. There is a Wi-Fi system, and classrooms are big enough. Labs are good, and the library contains a sufficient number of books. The quality of faci...

Good college that produces global citizens every year.

Placements: Out of the 35 students registered in the mechanical engineering course, 32 people were placed. The highest salary offered was 39 LPA. The average salary offered was around 11 LPA. Most placements were into the core sector. Tata Steel, Tata Motors, IOC are some companies that recruit students from our college. Not sure about the salary ranges in my branch.

Infrastructure: Our college has a building for each school. We have a School of Mechanical Sciences for Mechanical Engineering department. There are many labs for various interdisciplinary courses. We also have a workshop. Wi-Fi facility is available with the Institute id in hostel rooms and all the academic buildings. LAN is also available in hostel rooms. The food in mess is mostly average. But there are other options for better food. There is a dispensary for medical needs. We also have an ambulance for stud...

The curriculum needs to update according to the current scenario.

Placements: 85% of the students got placed. 32 lakh is the highest package, lowest 5lakh and 10.2 lakh is the average. PSUs visit the campus but mostly students are placed in the IT sector. 25% paid internships mostly in IT firms and every student gets an unpaid internship.

Infrastructure: Everything is sufficient and available with good quality.

A campus with good infrastructure and a satisfying faculty, but yet much more to be done.

Placements: Placements in our college are often good. Usually, CS students get good salary packages of range 10-35 LPA. Other core branch students get average salary packages of 7-12 LPA. None of the ECE batches has passed out yet as it's been only three years since the ECE batch has started in our college.

Infrastructure: Regarding infrastructure, our campus had a pretty good score. But there are still many constructions going on. Apart from that, our campus is vast and lush green. It is the second-largest IIT in India. Academic section is very well designed with highly equipped labs, projector classrooms, Wi-Fi facilities, etc. There is also a library in the main building (administration block). There are two canteens on the whole campus. Quality of the food served in the mess is little degrading day by day, but...

Placements: According to my survey, many students have received PPOs this year. One of the students on our floor has received a salary package of 21 LPA in September itself. Some PPOs were from foreign companies. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 39 LPA, bagged by a girl in this boys dominant IIT society. The average package offered to students of all branches is about 10 LPA.

Main difference this time was that the highest package was taken by girl students in this boys dominant IIT institutions. There is a placement cell in the college and it's really effective. Placements: This academic year, the highest salary package was around 39 LPA for CSE students. The placements were good as almost all the student got their expected jobs. The stipend of around one lakh per month is offered to five students. For an internship, seven students went to China from the metallurgical department through IIT. Placements: We are the first batch going to pass out from the college. However, there were good placements for all the other branches in the college. reputed software companies like Amazon, Direct, Goldman Sachs, visit the college to hire students. Placements: As of my branch, placements are very good. Only two batches passed out the campus and two years had 100% placements with very first year's average package being around 15 Lacs per annum. The last year's highest package was 38 Lacs, and this year, it was almost the same, but as placements period is still going on, we can expect more.
