Placements: Placements in our branch are not much better, but considering the scenario of the civil branch, then the placements are better for that branch here than in other colleges. Placements: I am a 1st-year student of electronics and communication at IIT BBS. The placement scenario in 2020 is pretty much good, and above 160 students received job offers. The placement percentage is increasing sharply as compared to the previous year. More than 87% of the undergraduate students got placed. Placements: In civil engineering, it is around 50 % placement in core as well as non-core sectors. The highest package was 15 Lacs in an IT company and the lowest is 5-6 Lacs and average is 8-9 Lacs. Top companies are Goldman Sachs, Razopay, Master card, Amazon and PSUs. Internship percentage from my course is around 70%. It includes the companies such as Amazon, Hindustan Petroleum, Goldman Sachs and many more.

Placements: Placements in our college are good only for non-core branches. If you want to do a software job, then only take admission to this college. You will get very few companies for a core job, and mostly those companies prefer B.Tech, but not dual degree students. Companies will not allow dual degree students to attend their tests.

Infrastructure: The food served in a mess is quite good. There is 24x7 access for Wi-Fi. All classrooms are air-conditioned. There are 5 volleyball courts, 4 basketball courts and 1 hockey ...

Placements: About 97% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was about 44 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are Amazon, Flipkart and Goldman Sachs. About 80% of students get internships from our course in companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Placements: Out of the 35 students registered in the mechanical engineering course, 32 people were placed. The highest salary offered was 39 LPA. The average salary offered was around 11 LPA. Most placements were into the core sector. Tata Steel, Tata Motors, IOC are some companies that recruit students from our college. Not sure about the salary ranges in my branch.

Infrastructure: Our college has a building for each school. We have a School of Mechanical Sciences for Mechanical Engineering department. There are many labs for various interdisciplinary courses. Placements: Placements in our college are often good. Usually, CS students get good salary packages of range 10-35 LPA. Other core branch students get average salary packages of 7-12 LPA. None of the ECE batches has passed out yet as it's been only three years since the ECE batch has started in our college.

Infrastructure: Regarding infrastructure, our campus had a pretty good score. But there are still many constructions going on. Apart from that, our campus is vast and lush green. It is the second-largest IIT in India. Academic section is very well designed with highly equipped labs, projector classrooms, Wi-Fi facilities, etc. There is also a library in the main building (administration block).
