I am absolutely satisfied with best faculty members, facilities and 100% placements provided here.

Placements: You have to write an exam named NCHMCT JEE through which you will get admission in our college. If you are from a general caste category, you have to get a rank of at least 700 or above in that exam, while for other categories, it is specified every year by NCHM. For a general category, there is one good thing that our college provides EWS (economically weaker section) reservation for 10% of the students. So, it is easier for general category students whose household annual income is less than 8...

I am satisfied because of good infrastructure and teaching techniques.

Placements: Around 80% of the students get placed in the academic year 2019. The average salary offered in our college till date is around Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies of our course are Taj, Oberoi, ITC, JW Marriott, Hyatt, Reliance and IHG hotel. Top roles offered are as a management trainee, operational trainee and a kitchen trainee.

Infrastructure: There is enough space for 60-80 students in the classrooms. A good number of computers are available to enable one student to seat on one machine for learni...

Really good placements. You will gain the practical knowledge of the industry.

Placements: The placements are very good in IHM Mumbai. 80-90% of the students get their job from campus placements and rest from the walk-in interview. The highest salary offered was 2 lacs to 3 lacs per annum. The companies like TAJ, Oberoi, Hyatt, ST REGIS, JW MARRIOTT, ITC, and much more 5-star company from India and Foreign visit the campus. Every year in 60 students, 10 students got the proposal of management trainee and others in general level. 100% of the students got the internship. The lowest stip...

A review on the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai.

Placements: The most reputed hotel visit IHM Mumbai campus for their most coveted management trainee programme such as Oberoi, Taj, ITC Maratha, they hire for assistant level jobs as well. Ensure you do your homework of fact-finding and how life is, post HM, before you take any decision.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also good, and the atmosphere is top class. All the classrooms are well-equipped. The main aim is to have practical knowledge. It is not a fancy college. There are conditioned classrooms and carpeted fl...

Average faculty, poor infrastructure and curriculum managed poorly by the college committees.

Placements: Perhaps the only thing that is going on for this college due to its reputation and stature in the market for the past years is the placements which claims to guarantee around 75-80% placements to most of their batches solely due to the inner contacts of the college placement cell itself. The options however are always fixed and the same every year.

Infrastructure: The college, despite its high fee structure hardly provides anything in terms of infrastructure or facilities. One of the smallest and canteens I've e...

The lowest package offered is Rs. 1,20,000 pa, and the highest is 3,00,000 pa. The students were selected for management training, FTC and retail sector. IHM Mumbai is one of the best hotel management colleges in India.

Placements: Placements in our college were very good. As IHM Mumbai is one of the most reputed hotel management colleges in India, many hotels give us the first preference to conduct interviews. Most of the hotels and QSRs visit our college for placements. Packages offered by hotels and some retail companies are decent. Many of my batchmates got placed from college placement drives and the others who did not get the job planned to study abroad or quit this field.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was not that good as an IIT or a private college. IHM is a college run by the central government. The college has all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi, air-conditioned computer lab, and a couple of classrooms with A/C facilities. All the classrooms are not air-conditioned. We have an on-campus hostel. But, only the second and third-year students get to live in the hostel. Freshers do not get hostel facilities because of ragging issues, as per the college adminis...
