My batch got wonderful placement opportunities.

Placements: This college is definitely the best not only in Mumbai but also in India if you want to obtain a Master's degree in finance. The highest package offered was 20 Lacs per annum, and the average package was 8 Lacs per annum. The top roles offered are assistant manager in finance. The top recruiters are KPMG, India Bulls, HDFC, and ICICI bank. Internships are compulsory in the final year.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is maintained excellently. There are air-conditioned classrooms and properly maintaine...

I'm happy to be a part of this college.

Placements: I am a student of the 3-year part-time batch, and the college doesn't offer any placement opportunities for us. The reason being we are already working somewhere. If you are doing full-time MBA from JBIMS, the college provides good placement opportunities. The college is still in the top 5 institutes list, and it is producing many CEOs.

Infrastructure: The building was built with red colour bricks, and it is a heritage standing in back bay reclamation area to produce good students. We have a library which includ...

We have been given lots of real life case studies which enhances each student skills. Computer labs are well furnished and pre-installed with each and every need of a student whether it is PowerPoint or Outlook. This college is definitely worth the money.

The college has a wide and glorious Alumni network. Interaction with some great minds from the industry as a part of guest lectures is frequent. Guest faculties ensure that you are updated with the current happenings and trends of the industry. The course that has now been restructured and changed, ensures you’re all round growth. The college misses huge infrastructure, but being a student driven institute, makes up for it.

It is a waste of money doing a part-time MBA and additionally doing it in HR. Go for a full-time MBA instead. JBIMS doesn't give importance to part-time students and there is a lack of facilities as compared to full-time students of the same college. Even companies and industries don't give important to part-time MBA students. It is a waste of money and time.

Usually, if a student scores 164 out of 200 in the MH-CET, they secure the 99.99 percentile in the exam; however, to secure the 100 percentile, you have to score close to 163-165. To get a good score in the MH-CET and gain admission to JBIMS, you should do the following: Knowing about the exam and syllabus: You should be aware of the important dates, syllabus, and exam pattern. Find out the previous year's cutoffs for JBIMS and prepare a goal for the same. Plan and create a strategy: In the MH-CET, the student must answer 200 questions in 150 minutes. Managing time is essential for scoring well in this examination. There are 4 main sections for the exam: verbal ability (50), logical reasoning (75), Quantitative Aptitude (50), and abstract reasoning (25). Plan your strengths and weaknesses in each section and prepare accordingly; ideally, you should start preparing at least 4 to 5 months before the examination date. Solve mock tests: Solve as many mock tests as possible; this will help you get familiar with the pattern of questions. Solving mock tests also helps manage time during tests. I hope this will help you.
