The GATE CCMT Counselling 2025 Special Round registration for admission to MTech, MArch, and MPlan courses is tentatively scheduled to begin on Jul 11, 2025.
Here are some additional updates regarding the K.S. Group of Institutions:
- The KCET Counselling 2025 Round 1 option entry window is open for admission to BE/BTech courses. The last date to complete the option entry process has been extended to Jul 22, 2025. Furthermore, the Round 1 seat allotment results will be announced on Jul 28, 2025.
- The KMAT Karnataka registration 2025 is ongoing for admission to MBA/PGDM and MCA courses. The last date to register is extended to Jul 30, 2025. Additionally, the KMAT 2025 exam is expected to be held in August 2025.
- The COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025 Round 1 choice filling window for admission to the BTech course will be open from Jul 22 to Jul 24, 2025. Furthermore, the Round 1 seat allotment results will be published on Jul 28, 2025. Meanwhile, the Round 1 counselling schedule for the BArch course is expected to be published shortly.
- The JEE Main Session 2 result 2025 has been released for admission to BE/BTech courses. Candidates who appeared for the exam can log in and check or download their scorecards from the official website.
- The Karnataka PGCET 2025 results for admission to MBA, MCA, and ME/MTech courses are expected to be disclosed soon.
- The NATA 2025 registrations are ongoing for admission to the BArch course. The last date to register is Aug 5, 2025. Furthermore, the last date for the NATA 2025 examination has been extended till Aug 9, 2025.

Good infrastructure and average placements.
Placements: 90% of students got placed in good companies. The average package is 5 LPA, and the highest package is 11 LPA. The top Recruiting companies are Toyota, SolarEdge, Tata, etc. The roles offered in this branch are automotive, CAD/CAM designing, 3D printing, automotive engineering, etc. The placements are very good in the college.
Infrastructure: The college offers solid infrastructure like a modern and green campus, smart classes well-equipped with an auditorium, library, sports court, and Wi-Fi. Canteen food is very good, tasty, healthy, and affordable. They provide a college bus for day scholars, a very big campus.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, and they are working in industries where they are doing good teaching and expanding very well. They prepare us to be industry-ready. Semester exams in college are a little bit difficult. The pass percentage is 60%. The course is relevant to the industry/job.
Other: They organize events like Arohana, sports day, cultural events, etc. The college campus is environment-friendly, they provide scholarships to toppers, but nearby college road is not proper.

Cool in studies, but it doesn't mean you're industry-ready
Placements: About 60% of students, including myself, secured placements from our college, with an average package offered between 3 LPA and 3.5 LPA, and key recruiters included Evess Recruitech, TCS, and 1M1B, additionally, 100% of students completed internships as it was a mandatory subject, leading to common roles like marketing manager and HR.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in our department were okay. Hostel facilities were also just okay, mainly due to the food's taste. While we have good sports competitions every semester, and the sports teacher is friendly, they are not always available.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive, with only one or two exceptions. The teaching quality is good. While the course curriculum is relevant, it doesn't fully prepare students for the industry. Semester exams are very easy to pass due to the availability of model question papers, and the pass percentage is around 70%.

I am satisfied with my faculty members and facilities.
Placements: I am from the 2024 joining batch and I am in the CSBS course. 70% of students get placed in my course. The highest package is 12 LPA and the average package ranges from 6-7 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, and Bosch visit the college to hire students. 50% of students get internships from my course.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-maintained with good Wi-Fi, equipment, and systems. We also have a very big library. Food in the canteen is average and not that hygienic. It conducts sports 2-3 times a year. We have a badminton court and basketball courts.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. They are well-educated and have teaching experience. They will keep trying to find ways to make things easier for us. The course curriculum is relevant and understandable. It makes students industry-ready as we have workshops. Semester exams are based on VTU. They are highly experienced.
Other: I am interested in business and computer-related things and both are included in my course, so I chose it.

The campus is huge and the resting area is available.
Placements: 70% of students got placed while they were in the internship. The highest is 7 LPA, the average is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The main companies are Honda and Kia and some manufacturing companies and even some production companies visited for interviews. 100% of students got internships. Roles offered is design head.
Infrastructure: Labs, Wi-Fi, projectors, classrooms, machines, department library, etc., are available. Food is average and the sports and games are the main attraction. There is only a first-aid box in the department office and there are no specialized aids. There is a basketball, badminton, and a cricket ground.
Faculty: Teachers in mechanical are very helpful and very knowledgeable. The course makes students industry-ready. There is no difficulty in passing the exam even if we sit a night before the semester we can pass. There are 2 hard subjects every semester.
Other: I did my diploma in this same college and the labs attracted me to this course. There is nothing to improve it's excellent. Events are there every month, there are many clubs which conduct every month.

The college is good and campus life everything except placements.
Placements: 50-60% of students got placed. The minimum package is 6 LPA. There are many companies where other departments people get placed. Almost everyone is placed for the internship. The internship can be done both offline and online, so it's easy for students to gain industry experience.
Infrastructure: Hostel is good but food might be a problem as they don't change their menu and they don't provide laundry which might be a problem. The rooms are cleaned daily but sometimes you are the rules so it might be a problem if they don't clean it. If you are like very highly make I don't I think you have to make like tell them to every day.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and interactive. The curriculum is good. As I told the faculty members are very friendly and interactive, so you can go or not. If you have any doubts even in the time of classes they have particular what you said time table for all the classes so it might be easy for you guys and their teachers will be good. There are some semesters that might be difficult.
Other: There will be many technical and non-technical events that take place. As I told there are many technical and non-technical events that will be taken place in the college. In technical there will be tech talks from the industries and all, and non-technical of course will be college events, college camps West, and other events which will take place.

I am satisfied with the teaching and campus infrastructure but disappointed with the placement.
Placements: Our college has an average package of 4 LPA. The placement rate is quite low, and only a few students get placed. This year, most students who got placed were from AI and related fields. Our college doesn't provide proper internships. The highest package recorded in our college is 12 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA. Most students apply off-campus for jobs. Overall, the placement rate is not that great in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college has three blocks. I like the infrastructure of our college. It is filled with greenery and is also well-maintained. Classrooms are spacious and provided with proper desks, benches, and everything needed. Labs are also well-maintained, with great equipment. The library is quite large and has a lot of books that are very useful. The worst part of our college is the canteen. Our canteen does not provide hygienic food, and there is no proper ventilation or sunlight inside. There is a basketball court and separate grounds for other sports.
Faculty: The best thing about our college is the teaching. Lecturers are very friendly, approachable, and well-qualified. They help us with project work and other tasks. The semester exams are conducted in a proper manner with strict invigilation and monitoring. The passing percentage is also pretty good.
Other: I have taken the CSBS course in our college. It is a relatively new branch, and it has only been three years since this branch was introduced in our college, so there is no pass-out batch yet. The main reason I chose this branch is because it has software and business-related subjects, which will be very useful in the future. From what I have heard from my seniors, most MNCs and companies like TCS prefer hiring CSBS students over CSE students. There is only one fest celebrated in our college, called Aarohana.
