Kasturba medical college - A college of excellence.

Placements: As MBBS degree concerned placements don't happen but the students are performing well. We do not have any packages system. Students are doing great in the entrance exams and get excellent exposure as part of the 1 year internship which occurs in the kasturba hospital.

Infrastructure: Medical facilities are excellent. Huge gym of 7 floors including table tennis, badminton, squash, swimming, etc. Classrooms are air conditioned. Hostel facilities are average. Multiple hostels are there so some hostels very good ...

It is the best private college.

Placements: The college takes in 250 students every year, out of which the cutoff is usually around 555 for NEET. You can get jobs in top government hospitals after passing out and pursue medicine in other countries. There are centers for tuition for the USMLE and PLAB.

Infrastructure: The hostel has good Wi-Fi, which is around 10 Mbps. Our classrooms have projectors. There are test dummies through which we can learn how to do certain clinical examinations. The library has six floors and can give you virtually any book you ...

Our college is great with good campus life.

Placements: I am in MBBS so, placements are not as important as engineering colleges.

Infrastructure: It provides good Wi-Fi. The mess food is not good, and the hostels are great. It provides air-conditioners and hostels are available. It has a 7-floor sports facility called Mareena, and students have a fest, and many more cultural activities are available.

It is one of the best private universities for medical aspirants.

Placements: There are about 200-250 students in each batch. MBBS is a rigorous course everywhere. Students' life is good here. About 200-250 students get selected every year from different states and even abroad.

Infrastructure: It is an amazing place. There is a good mix of all kinds of students. Labs and classrooms are amazing as KMC has a strong focus on infrastructure. The whole city is good in general, and the class size is small. There are a lot of places nearby to relax. KMC spends a lot on infrastructure, so there a...

The college has a very good infrastructure and the teachers are really supportive.

Placements: Internship here is good. You get a good stipend though? MBBS is not about package. In stipend as of now I know 30000 is the current stiepnd. But this college has link with many clgs also manipal is a brand I must say. Soo if you have good concept then PG and MLE would not be that tough for you. KMC gives opportunity of research as well.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is amazing. It is an open campus and the hospital is huge with different blocks for different departments. For sports, they have a big ground in MI...

I have an amazing experience. It is one of the best deemed medical colleges.

Placements: It is a medical college. Many of our students from this college go to very good PG colleges like AIIMS and other reputed colleges because the academics in this college are amazing. Students also learn a lot.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is top-notch. Our library, labs, dissection hall and other infrastructure are the best and biggest. The hostel is amazing, with air-conditioned rooms optional. The canteen near our hostel serves very delicious food. Sports are up to the mark.

Faculty members are good, and our college deserves to be among the top colleges.

Placements: The college provides us with all the facilities to achieve placement. Students usually get selected in top medical colleges and get the branch which they want.

Infrastructure: The library is fully equipped with Wi-Fi facility and all the books related to the course. Food served in the mess is above average. Other facilities are also good. Our college also provides air-conditioned rooms for students. There is also a sports complex nearby which has all the required equipment for students.

Review of KMC - Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.

Placements: Placements don't matter in medical courses.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not good. However, the additives provided such as free Microsoft Office subscription throughout the course, and OneDrive storage is quite helpful if it used the most. Sports are encouraged a lot. Our college organises many events around the year, which provides a healthy and competitive environment for various sports. Food served to the students is average. The medical facilities are good.

The best college money can get you in India.

Placements: Many students from KMC get selected each year in various competitive exams like NEET PG MLE, AIIMS PG etc. Internship is provided by the college at their own Kasturba Hospital which has good patient load and has many different specialities. Students can also take up the PG courses available at KMC after completing their UG according to their NEET rank. College has many specialities and trained staff for PG courses too. Simulation laboratories are well-equipped with all the latest equipment.

Infrastructure: Whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled and the library is big enough to get lost in it. Apart from that, there are individual libraries inside the hostels too. There are many mess options available and good restaurants are at a walking distance from College. Both AC and non AC hostels are available and you can shift outside to flats after 1st year. I am satisfied because of the way of teaching the curriculum.

Placements: There are no placements in our college. After getting a PhD, students can get a job in medical college as an assistant professor. The salary offered is around Rs. 50,000 per month. During the course, they trained us for teaching professions further. Students have to get jobs on their own as there are no placements in our college.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities in our college are good enough for students. Our college is well-equipped with Wi-Fi facility, cleaning staff members, security and self-study room. Th...

It is one of the best medical colleges in India, and I am absolutely satisfied with this college.

Placements: KMC is known worldwide in producing fine doctors with good clinical knowledge. With the help of the finest teaching faculty, highly equipped labs and hospitals, students learn a lot here. KMC students have a lot of scopes. Many students go to USA and England through USMLE and PLAB respectively, while the rest of them get admissions in India through NEET. Post-graduation becomes quite easy for KMC students due to the knowledge and clinical exposure provided during MBBS.

Placements: One student got placed in Indigene, and the salary package offered was 4 LPA. The placement which took place was based on medical writing. Our seniors got placed in Quintiles Research. The placements could have been better with more opportunities and options.

Placements: Hi Guys. I completed my course from this college 3 years before and it was a good experience for me. Currently I'm doing M. S. from a gov't college in Delhi. So for my money this is the best medical college in south india and best in infrastructure also. Placements: If you have done MBBS from any one of the top 10 colleges, you don't need to worry about placements, but most of us won't work right after MBBS. We would prepare for PG, and most people from here get into one or other PG course somehow. They are good enough to do so.

Infrastructure: The college has the best in class as they are air-conditioned classrooms. It tops the list of the number of beds in southern India and has simulation centre for hands-on learning. The college has the largest library and Anatomy, Path...

Placements: KMC Manipal has one of the highest USMLE clearing rates in the entire country. This shows that the quality of education being provided is at par with international universities. In Indian postgraduate exams too, students from Manipal have consistently demonstrated good performance despite having a very hectic internship.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided at Manipal are the best money can buy. Manipal provides full campus Wi-Fi to allow students to remain connected wherever they are on the campus. Manipal also equips students with laptops as our curriculum entails presentation of seminars and also to view presentations provided by the faculty. Placements: In MBBS we don't judge by placements but by the number of students who could clear NEET PG or USMLE. The number of students clearing USMLE are one of the highest in the country. The number of people who have cleared NEET PG are also good. We are taught in such a way that these competitive scans can be easily cracked.

The chairs are cushioned and very comfortable - We have one of the largest medical libraries in Asia equipped with a wide variety of books, e-books, computers and other facilities like CCD, Wi-Fi and photo copy machines - The labs are well maintained with all the required facilities. Placements: Most of the seniors didn't go for jobs as they want to prepare for postgraduation. Whoever tried for jobs, they got the good ones. Mostly, all the students do the internship here as the hospital is known for excellent staff and doctors.
