Placements: There is no such term called placements in the medical stream. The medical graduates have to apply for either government or private jobs in government hospitals, PHC, CHC and corporate hospitals. They receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000-90,000 per month as per their skills and experience. The salary students get vary from state to state. All students have to do a compulsory rotatory internship in the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college includes a 2,300 bedded multispeciality hospital, a teaching college building, labs, dissection hall, gyms, swimming pools, boys and girls hostels, several canteens, etc. Each department has a separate wing in the hospital. All the hostels and hospital are fully Wi-Fi enabled. There are 5 lecture halls with LCD screens and projectors. The library has a reading club, and one can also get books for reading at the hostel for a period of 15 days which is renewable. ...

Placements: There is no concept of placements in the medicine area, but all the students graduating from KIMS get a decent job with a salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 90,000 per month. The pay scale also increases based on the working city, work experience, and extra skills. Almost all the medical graduates do their internships from the college itself except a few who prefer colleges of their home town.

Placements: My batch consists of 150 students, comprising almost an equal number of girls and boys. There are no placements in the MBBS field as in engineering.
