NIFT Bhubaneswar Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: The placement of this campus is awesome. Different textile and apparel companies come for the placement. A minimum package of 5 lacs is expected. There are different courses to choose from. I am a Bachelor of Fashion Technology student. The other one is a bachelor of design.

Placements: Our college has good placements with decent packages offered. There are great internship opportunities. Here faculty members and mentors give regular and one-to-one guidance and advice and regular industrial visits for exposure. Students can learn craft cluster.

Placements: 80% of the people are placed and some of the top companies of accessory design are future group, landmark group, godrej, pepper fry, Omaliving. They were offered positions as designers and junior designers. There package vary from 4 lpa to 9 lpa and due to Corona there was no placement 2020 so now students can apply for 2020 and 2021.

Placements: 2018 batch was the first batch of B.FTech to get passed out from NIFT Bhubaneswar. They were offered 100% placements, and all the students of that batch were offered jobs in and outside India. Many students were also offered international internships as some students were offered internships in Bangladesh. Some companies provide stipends, and some does not offer any stipends. However, since we don't have internships for a longer period, it's okay to do unpaid internships.

Placements: Placements happen in the 8th semester after the graduation project. Graduation project is a period of 4 -5 months where students get industry exposure. Students apply for GP in various companies in various fields. Since fashion communication is a very field, students can go for art direction, set designing, advertising apart from the core subjects that are photography, visual merchandising and graphic designing. Placements: The placements are high, and it is getting higher every year. Almost every student get placed. Average package offered is around 4.5 LPA. Companies like Raymond etc., visit the college for placement. Not only the number of students placed is getting higher every year, but also the number of companies participating in placements is also increasing enormously.
