You haven't mentioned your reservation category, so considering you have a general, you need to get atleast 70 - 80 percentile to get qualified for the JEE Mains exam. And if you want to get into the NITs, then you need to score atleast 93 percentile.

The chances of getting into those NITS are high but as you have a bonus of SC category. NIT, Surat and NIT, Hamirpur both are good colleges to get into.
