B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2028

Superb campus life but needs improvement in the faculty section.
Placements: About 43% of students got placements from our branch. The highest package is about 48 LPA, the lowest is around 6 LPA, and the average is between 16-20 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Microsoft, Google, Texas Instruments, Amazon, and many more. Roughly 76% of students got their internships in the same companies as mentioned above.
Infrastructure: NSUT holds one of the best infrastructures I've ever seen. It has separate blocks for different branches with well-maintained labs and classrooms. We have decent Wi-Fi connectivity. A well-stocked library is also present. Hostels are pretty good with a proper mess-canteen. Medical support and different sports grounds are available for students.
Faculty: I'd say most of the teachers are fully qualified for their teaching positions. They are helpful and knowledgeable, with good teaching quality. This course curriculum is relevant. Students can participate in different extracurricular activities to enhance their skills to be industry-ready. You can easily pass the exams by studying 2 weeks before exams. Last year's passing percentage was around 87%.
Other: I chose this course because it's a core branch which open different types of job opportunities in future. I would wish faculty to improve themselves a little bit although it's good but can be even better. NSUT hosts one of the biggest fest among universities like Moksha and it offers different types of scholarships to students.

The college is very strict about attendance.
Placements: There are actually a lot of students in my batch. Around 200 including both sections in mechanical engineering. Now, there are many options and the college does have awesome placements but programming is necessary for most companies and IT companies. Top companies include Paytm, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. The placements have been on the downside for a little while, but they will get better. Not a lot of students get good internships.
Infrastructure: The activities are actually pretty good. The campus is green and huge. There's a really good athletic ground. There are 2 basketball courts and a cricket ground. The library is big and properly air-conditioned. The hostel is also really good (washrooms too).
Faculty: The teaching is actually very good. Teachers are highly qualified. It is important to participate in lab work though. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Not too easy but it's fine. Attendance is a huge issue in the college, they are very strict about it. I would not say that the college makes the students industry-ready. The checking of exams is moderate.
Other: I chose the course because coding is just not my forte. College fest is extraordinary. There is no scholarship but there are certain incentives. Campus is big, green, and neat.

Not satisfied with placements, administration, and infrastructure. But teachers are good.
Placements: Placements in the recession are very hard, also it has been a problematic issue to clear the CG criteria, as teachers grading system is also hard. Plus discrimination is there between the main campus and East campus when Japanese companies visit the campus for internships, only main campus CSE is allowed. The highest package is 62 LPA. The average salary is 16 LPA. The lowest salary is 3.2 LPA. For all three campuses combined, almost 70-80% of students got placed. SDE job is offered. Recruiting companies that visit our campus are Google, Silicon, Go Daddy, Times Internet, Brain and Company, and Make My Trip. We are the main requires that hiring most.
Infrastructure: Labs and computer facilities are pretty good, with the equipped library on every floor, it's clean too. Wi-Fi range is good in some areas but considering the whole campus, it's not good. Hostel have not been started yet, maybe in 2025 August for girls hostels will be available. For boys will not be available for atleast 4 years. Dispensary is also there on campus. Sports facilities are also average. Canteen is also average.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful. Most of them are chill towards attendance criteria. If you have 60-65% attendance, they will increase it to 75%. But some teachers create problems. Curriculum is relevant and it makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are also good, not that difficult but some teacher's grading is strict. Passing percentage is around 80%.
Other: Fests and activities are not held in this college.

Overall, it is good. At that time, due to market ups and downs, amount of money got some variations.
Placements: To be honest, if you want placement in core, then 6.5 LPA is a decent package, sometimes above 6 LPA is also manageable. But, above 6.5 LPA is safe, and for tech, you need more than 7 LPA. Currently, the average package is nearly 9-10 LPA. Many companies visited, like Maruti Suzuki, HCL, Hero Motocorp, and many. Approximately 70% of students got internships and roles. I don't know much about the roles, but I would say a mechanical engineer. Students also get placed in DRDO-type companies.
Infrastructure: There are almost all smart classrooms in the APJ block in the first year. Smart block, Wi-Fi, and AC are available in the college. The library is also very big, and all books are available, which is the best part. The hostel is strict with timings, and without an ID, no one is allowed to enter in hostel, in that sense, I will minus 1 point. The food is good, but not the best, because hostel food is hostel food.
Faculty: The faculty is good, some are strict, some are not in attendance. In the first year, generally, all are strict. They teach very well. Some courses are sometimes tough, like EMD and drawing-based courses. Semester exams are not tough, especially if you study 20 days before the exam and follow the PYQ. You can get good marks.
Other: Whether you like it or not, it is based on your percentile, because you don't get the course you want, you get it according to your percentile. So, for that, I would not say I am happy, because I am curious to learn about tech things, and I also do not say I am sad. The sports infrastructure needs to be improved. Events and fests are the best in Delhi, like Moksha is the biggest fest in North India. This time, Darshan Raval and Salim Suleman came. There is too much fun at the fest.

The college is good for a campus life but as for the other aspects, it's pretty bad.
Placements: The college brings placements that is one thing for sure but the quality of the companies and the packages is something I feel is lacking and left behind. We were provided with a lot of internships but the companies were so bad half of them looked like cam centers or cover-ups for something.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the course is average. We are being taught about all the theories and the topics that somebody needs in their day-to-day life and I am a regular student who lives in the city so I don't have any idea about the hostels. All I've heard is they are pretty good and overall the experience has been good only.
Faculty: The faculty is a mixture of good and bad, some of the teachers are very supportive and friendly whereas the others are very strict and egoistic. Some teachers don't even consider their students as human. As far as exams are quite easy.
