International candidates [Foreign passport holder] or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), seeking admission at Pearl Academy Delhi-West must fulfill the eligibility criteria of the college. Further, the eligibility for any UG programme is Class 12 passed and for PG programmes, candidate must be graduated from a recognised college.

Apart from this, the written entrance examination is waived-off for International Candidates. However, International candidates must appear for an interview and portfolio evaluation only.

Pearl Academy Rajouri offers UG Diploma programmes for a duration of three or four years. The academy offers UG Diploma four-year course in nine major specialisations and UG Diploma three-year course in one specialisation. The specialisations are Fashion Design & Technology, Fashion Styling & Image Design, Textile Design & Technology, Communication Design & Technology, Interior Design & Technology, Accessory Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion & Lifestyle Business Management, and Global Luxury Brand Management. Admission to UG Diploma courses is based on the entrance exam conducted by the academy.

The Pearl Academy entrance exam is conducted in multiple cycles - January, April, etc. The candidate has the option to choose any of these cycles. Pearl Academy Rajouri offers PG Diploma with a duration of two years in Accessory Design, Advertising & Marketing, Fashion Design & Technology, Communication Design & Technology, Fashion Communication, Fashion Styling & Image Design, Interaction Design (UX/ UI), Interaction Design (UX/ UI) and Media. Aspirants must pass graduation in any stream from a recognised university to apply for PG Diploma courses. Additionally, admission to PG Diploma courses is based on entrance exam conducted by the academy.

The aspirants of Pearl Delhi certificate courses have to go through a personal interview round. Apart from this, the applicant must meet the respective eligibility criteria. Candidates who have passed Class 10/Class 12 from a recognised board can apply for the certificate programmes. Additionally, the applicants age muts be at least 17 years.

Pearl Academy functions as an autonomous institution and does not confer degrees/diplomas approved by UGC  (University Grants Commission) or AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education or any other regulatory authority. Which is why the degree offered by the institute is not accepted in India. They however, do offer Diploma certificates. The institute has tie up with the Nottingham Trent University and it's degree isn't acceptable in India by government institutions.
