Placements: UPES is a very good university in Dehradun Uttarakhand. I am pursuing an MBA here and got placed in MNC with a salary package of 8 LPA. Among 20 students, 12 got placed with a good salary package. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 13 LPA. Last year, the placement rate of the college was almost 100%. The average package offered was 4 LPA. Roles offered to the students are related to our field only and also of another domain depending upon students' choice.

Placements: I personally feel that the placements are not worth the money because you invest 13-15 lacs but the average package offered is only 4 LPA. Only those students get good packages who are on good terms with the professors, and the good packages are about 7-8 LPA. It is the same thing with the SIP also.
