Good at taking care for personal growth.
Placements: Our batch got placed with about 5 to 6% of students with 4.5 lpa to 12.5 lpa in Mu Sigma, IBM, and EY companies with a software engineer role. Also, the placements are going on. There are two new companies, those are Capgemini and Tech Mahindra with the good packages.
Infrastructure: Good at the facilities and labs, and they are providing free Wi-Fi for all students; they also provide free references and good textbooks for more knowledge; they are conducting activities like presentations to develop our skills; we should give some demonstrations also.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful for personal growth They teach us out of the syllabus also like general knowledge current trending things, etc. When it comes to exams, they will change year by year the patterns of exams and they give projects; they also conduct phase-based reviews.
Other: Nothing.

My honest review on Presidency University.
Placements: I am currently in my 4th year, and already 2 people have been placed in my class, and many students are getting placed as well.
The highest package is 10 lacs, and the lowest was 3 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Mahindra, Accenture, and UST.
50% got internships, and they did it in Codebyte and Bharathintern.
Software developer, data analyst, software engineer, etc. are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is top notch except for the ongoing construction; Wi-Fi is available everywhere around the college; the labs are pretty spacious and almost all PC work; and books are available in the libraries on first come, first served.
Am not a hostel student so I cannot give my reviews .
Faculty: Few teachers are really good, have real knowledge, have come from good colleges, and are willing to genuinely help us grow, and few teachers are just teaching and going.
Teaching quality on a scale of 10, I would rate 5.
Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. It does make us industry-ready with our efforts as well.
On the scale of 1 to 10, it's a 5 to clear all the exam difficulties, and the pass rate is 5 cgpa.
Other: I chose this course because only this college had this course (blockchain), and it is an upcoming technology in IT.
The faculty members and knowledge transfers should have been better.
Events and festivals in this college are worth and top-notch, the campus crowd is amazing, scholarships are offered every year, and it's amazing for the diversity in multi-clubs and extracurricular activities support for students.

Absolutely a waste of time & money. Placements are lower compared to other universities.
Placements: Placements are not up to par. For maximum people, a 3.5 LPA is offered, as are non-sector jobs. Guidance for internships and placements is average; you need to work on it. Placements are lower compared to other colleges, and there is no guidance for placements.
Infrastructure: The course infrastructure is good, and I think the hostel fee is high. Most people stay in outside hostels. The college is large, with a number of blocks, different kinds of labs, and greenery around campus. Different blocks serve different purposes. Classrooms are neatly organized.
Faculty: Overall, it is good, and some faculty are really helpful and can guide us. Subjects are according to the technologies and need to improve real-time examples. For semester exams, you need to study the overall syllabus. Only PPT lectures are given; we need to improve them.

An enriching campus experience: a perfect blend of academics, innovation, and community.
Placements: The average package offered in our is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The companies like EY, GDS, Mu Sigma, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and other companies come to our college. The roles offered for my course includes software engineer, developer, analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has free wi-fi facilities both in college as well as hostels. The college has many laboratories (physics labs are also available). The hostel students can have food in the college mess. The food has varieties. The campus has many food stalls for students, like Cafe Feasto, CCD, and Sodexo. Our college has volleyball court, cricket court for net practice, and basketball court. It has indoor games facilities also like carrom, table tennis, and badminton. The college also has gym facilities.
Faculty: The few faculty members have less knowledge but most of teach well. Some faculty members lack good communication skills. The college supports co curriculum activities it has Department of Student Affair where students gets many chances to showcase their talents. The college exams are not that difficult as the question papers will be prepared by the college itself and it will be moderate to answers. Most of the students will pass the exam. Even if failed they can clear it in Makeup exams .
Other: The college has a huge crowd, which is the major drawback of this college. The campus ambience is good with greenery. College conducts festivals every year in the name of Invincia. It also conducts many youth submits, one of which is Mind Rocks.

Review of the Presidency University.
Placements: The total number of students placed in our course is nearly 90%. The highest package was about 13 LPA, the lowest package was around 3.25 LPA and average package was around 4.5 LPA. The top recruiters are IBM, TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, Dell, First American, etc. There is an international affairs section in our college where they provide internships for students abroad. Some of the students have already gotten internships in Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, USA and many other countries as well. In the placements, there are top roles such as technical roles and sales roles. In addition, there are also roles like development, analyst, sales manager, junior developer, consultant, etc., and many more. There were many roles offered to computer science and engineering students because they have knowledge of a wide variety of technologies and special demand for these technologies is offered by various companies. The placements are not pretty good in our college but there is a system of recruiting students in an organized manner.
Infrastructure: My college has good interaction facilities and also contains many other facilities that enhance the learning abilities of the students. The college has a good Wi-Fi connection all over the campus, so every student can make use of it everywhere. The computer labs are very clean and hygienic and do not affect any external factors that will affect the student. A student can peacefully attend all the lectures in the computer labs. There are a few computers that are not upgraded but students will manage them according to their needs. There is a sports section in our college where sports like cricket, football, and volleyball are encouraged and all the sports have particular instructors who provide all the equipment for the sports. The college has very overpopulated students, and some of them might not get the equipment to play. Our college also has a convention library and collection of books available for the students to develop their skills and students also take good advantage of all the books and develop their personalities. There are many books and journals that also give information about the current affairs happening around us. The books also include many technological studies where students can sit very peacefully and enjoy their books. Our hostel also contains many facilities, like a variety of foods weekly; on some days, they will give protein-rich foods; and they take care of each and every student in the hostel. There is 24*7 availability of hot water and could water as well; the electricity has no issues in the hostel. The canteen food is also very healthy and hygiene is taken care of by doing things on time.
Faculty: I can say teachers do not have that much experience when it come to applications of technological things. But they can cover all the theoretical portions very decently within a given period of time, which is 4 months. The semester contains 4 months, during which all the students need to get covered with their topics and doubts regarding the course. The teachers complete all their curriculum requirements within this period of time and overall teaching qualities are good but not best. Some of the courses makes students industrially ready. Due to the availability of a huge number of courses, we cannot say what is important for the industry and what is not but our college provides all the courses and makes us develop our minds so that we can solve all the challenges coming in the industry. The difficulty of the semester exams is not too tough but every student can pass by reading one day before the exam. For clearing a particular course, there is a 200-point scale. The exams are conducted in midterms and endterms. The mid term will be of 50 marks and the end term will be 100 marks 50 marks is awarded for the continuous assessment held in the classes. There are a total of 200 marks for each course and the student has to get at least 40% of those marks to qualify for that particular course. There is a breakdown of marks where the student has to secure at least 80 marks by combining midterm, term, and continuous assessment marks.
Other: I have chosen computer science and engineering because my cutoff rank was clearing the presidency's required cutoff marks. I got nearly 23000 in the KCET entrance exam. I cannot say what the exact improvement is that needed to be included in the computer science engineering course, but I can say that the working hours or concentration period of the student should be reduced because this course contains many problematic and analytical skills required at each stage of solving problems. There are various events held at our college on a monthly basis. At hackathons, startup events, and many other competitions, students can take part actively. The campus contains around 15000 students as a strength. I think it is much more overpopulated when it comes to surroundings. I think my college has the highest number of students in the whole state. There is a cultural event held every year where celebrities come and join and make our day special.
