Life of UPES is very fulfilling.

Placements: This year only 62% of the students were placed in the school of law, the highest package was of INR 13 LPA and the lowest package was of INR 4.18 LPA, top recruiting companies were HCL, Sterlite Power, EATON, Pramata, Capgemini, ONGC, Genpact, HP, FLA&S.

Infrastructure: The facilities of the campus is extremely good, they have a good range of Wi-Fi, the classrooms are extremely comfortable and they have a Hi-Tech library with technical scanning for issuing the books, the hostel rooms are extremely good its a three sharing room and have the options of attached washrooms and common washrooms with Air conditioner and without air conditioner, there is a 24x7 medical facility with ambulance available with them all the time, the food is very healthy in the mess and t...

Satisfied with studies, good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest package in my course is 25 LPA. The lowest package in my course is 3.5 LPA. The average salary for my course is 6 LPA. The college placement cell is working hard so that every student will get a proper package.

Infrastructure: UPES provides one of the best facilities and infrastructure if you are on the Bidholi campus, but Kandoli campus infrastructure is not so good. Both campuses have a big modern library and modern classrooms. Campus hostel food is very de...

Review of School of Law, UPES.

Placements: Students have to maintain approximately an SGPA above 8.5 which is considered a decent SGPA. The top role offered as a lawyer in a law firm. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 18 LPA.

Infrastructure: In this college, hostel rooms are good, but the food served in the hostel is not good. This college provides decent Wi-Fi speed. Everything is worth considering but there is only one disadvantage i.e floor is occupied. One room has the space for three students which s...

Overall is good, and the placement is good.

Placements: Placement is good about 95% of students get placed every year. Wipro, Nykaa, etc. companies are coming. The internship from my course is not good. If you find an internship on your own then it is good. But if you think that college will get you an internship then forget that thing.

Infrastructure: One thing is good about this college is that the infrastructure. The infrastructure of this college is very good. Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, and library all are good. I use these things. So don't be afraid about the infra...

UPES has professionalism.

Placements: Placement cell works hard in providing good placement and internship opportunities. The average placements in law go around 6 LPA - 7 LPA. At first, it seems like it's not the price tag that one is paying but one has to keep an eye out for the fact that it's average. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The Kandoli campus is a new and budding campus, hence these facilities are in construction. The hostel facilities for girls are very good but for the boys hostels are not ...

Our college is a good private college in Dehradun.

Placements: Our college provides placements for approximately 80% of the students. The placements are quite good and they provide for the overall development of the students. Moreover, the college also provides internships. Apart from this, the college also focuses on social development by providing social internships.

Infrastructure: The college has a well-established library with an ample number of digital books and articles. The college has a 24*7 infirmary which provides all the necessary medical care. The canteen has a...

I am satisfied with good faculty and infrastructure, but not very high fee structure.

Placements: Placement cell helps in getting internships, but the placements are not that high when compared to the fees. The placement and internship cell is very active and always tries to attract better placement opportunities for students.

Infrastructure: Campus is beautiful with good infrastructure that is situated in hills and is scenic so one can feel the warmth of nature. Campus hostel is safe, clean, and well planned. One gets 4 times meals in a day including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. Campus faci...

Dissatisfied with placements, but the infrastructure and faculty are good.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark. The average package is 3-4 LPA. Many fraud companies have also offered joining letters to students, which ended up by taking security amounts from students and not handing joining letters. The placement cell is ignorant about the fact and not helping students.

Infrastructure: The university provides Wi-Fi neither in college, nor in the hostel. Classes are small and do not look like college classrooms at all. Campus hostel provides only food and room (triple-sharing with a c...

I would preferably rate the college 7 out of 10.

Placements: In my batch, about 50% of students got placed till now. The highest package offered is 8-9 LPA, and the lowest package is 2-3 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are Tata, HCL, Bajaj, Hinduja etc. Students got very good internships in Trilegal, S. Rana, Singhania and Partners, JSA, and many others under eminent personalities in the field of law and were placed as legal trainees.

Placements: Around 30% placement was done in Energy laws. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HCL and Tata. Internships are offered on campus for around 20 students from all courses. So find your good internships. The roles offered are analytics in the energy sector.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is super good. The hostel is expensive so it is better to take room outside with tons of cheap options. Food quality is average. Medical facilities are moderate. Sports and ...

UPES is a decent NAAC A+ college, which is accessible to all, with enough money.

Placements: The placements depend on the performance of students. The top 20% of students with good academics like GPA and internship experience are bound to get good placements. Realistically speaking, around 6-7 LPA is the starting package offered, depending on how good you are. It can go up to 12-15 LPA too.

Infrastructure: This is one thing in which our college is unbeatable. The hostels and amenities provided are top-notch. You get subscriptions to literally thousands of services, although it greatly depends on you that you do avail them. The libraries, gym, refreshment areas, and even the canteens spare no compromise. Wi-Fi is accessible to everyone, and there are separate classrooms for practical assignments. The plus point of our college is its online facilities and framework, so when Covid hit, we had no prob...

Placements: Our college provides 100% placement guarantee, and around 70% of students are placed for sure. I don't know much about the highest package, but the lowest package goes around 4-5 Lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Wipro etc.

Infrastructure: It has got an excellent infrastructure. The college is situated in Dehradun, and it is surrounded by mountains, and that's the view from classrooms. The whole campus has Wi-Fi connectivity, and the classrooms and library are really good. If you want, you can ha...

Placements: Almost 97% of the student were placed. An average package of INR 4 Lacs is offered to students. Almost every student gets the internship on their own or provided by the college.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course are very well organized. The Wi-Fi networks are very good and fast, the labs are very well organized and classrooms are awesome and have air condition build in them, and have a huge library with many required books.

It is a beautiful campus with good placements and a peaceful environment for learning.

Placements: I am not sure, but our course has almost 200 students or above enrolled under it. The placements are with average packages but can offer more depending on your skills and knowledge. The top recruiting companies include HCL, HP, Eaton, ONGC, etc.

Infrastructure: The hostels are triple-sharing ones as the room is pretty big. It has free Wi-Fi, labs, and a library for students. The students can choose rooms either with a common bathroom or with an attached bathroom. Even air-conditioners facilities are available. As of now, I have not visited the campus due to the pandemic, but I heard from our seniors that the campus is beautiful and the mess serves satisfying food of good quality. Capitalist, inefficient and poor education.

Placements: About placements, on paper, it is claimed that 94% of placements were given but I don't think it's true. The highest and the lowest packages were 12 lacs per annum and 4 lacs per annum. Luthras, Khetans are the top companies that visited. Most students got internship under relative lawyers. Top roles could be lawyer, judge, magistrate.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are okay not too good. Labs are okay and libraries are just okay irrespective of the hefty money we pay. Campus hostel is the worst and too expensive, food is the worst, bathroom is shared by six on one floor, laundry guys charges for each cloth which means laundry is not included in the hefty hostel fee. No area for sports in school of law. There used to be a small basketball court which they removed and made another administrative building on that place. Medical facilities are not ...

The highest salary package offered here is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Adani, Airtel and Jio are top recruiting companies here. About 40% of the students get placed from here.
