Placements: School of Modern Media is a newly built college. Since it is new, it does not offer much but it has decent placement opportunities. The college is working on to improve their placement opportunities. It is open to take in the suggestion to improve themselves.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is well constructed and well maintained. We have college hostel with enough occupancy for all the first years to stay. The room condition of hostel is very good. The college have spacious and big rooms for students...

Placements: About 3% because most people don't understand it beforehand. The average package offered was around INR 4 lakh. TV 9, NDTV, and other such new news agencies come for recruitment. The college plans on bringing the Times of India on board soon. All the students got internships at various companies. Desk journalist, video editor, etc. are the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, but it is a bit problematic sometimes. We get to the IT department, and they help us out. The library is nice too. Class...

Placements: Placements are scams at this college. Our college does not provide placement services. Creating the best opportunities for students is the least a college can do.

Infrastructure: Our college provides average infrastructure. Studios are only for display and are not functional. Wi-Fi doesn't work often. The SOMM building is still not equipped with all facilities that were promised to us. Making a complaint about it won't help because people are more concerned with filling their pockets than doing their jobs.

Placements: Most of the students get placed in our course. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Around 100% of placements are provided in our college. There are no recruiting companies for our course.

Placements: It's basically based on how to handle a camera and how to shoot. We can learn cinematography, video editing, and even writing. We have visiting faculty members too. It is new addition to UPES. So lower your hopes and expectations if you got any.

Placements: The School of Modern Media is new. It's only been 3 years now. So next year, the students of the 3rd year are going to get placement. But then again, there are a lot of big companies that recruit from the other schools of UPES like School of Business, School of Engineering, etc.

Placements: The internships which are provided in the course are good for an individual to gain good experience. The placements are well as the whole placements depend on the grades students' score that's the only drawback as they only see the bookish knowledge and the experience they gain.

Placements: The course which I have chosen was recently added, so students are still in the final year and are yet to be employed. For all other courses, placements are quite good based on experiences from alumni. The college has tie-ups with abroad universities in the USA, Canada, and the UK. Placements here are excellent in our college, which I have heard from others. Internship opportunities are good. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA.
