It has amazing faculty members and curriculum, but placements are average.

Placements: Placements here are average, and almost 70% of the students got placed in the batch. The average salary package offered for BLP is from 8-9 LPA, and for HRLP, it is 6-7 LPA. Many companies visit our college, and most of them are startups. Almost 90% of the students got an internship from college with a good stipend. If students don't have any constraints for an organisation, then they can end up getting good placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average with just bare minimum requireme...

Place where Learning is mail objective.

Placements: If you are In SOIL, no need to worry about placements. You have to work hard and attend lectures regularly. The curriculum provided by SOIL is industry based and up to date. Companies like Aditya Birla, HCL, Congizant, Infosys and so on have visited our campus. Till Dec 2019 50 % of batch is placed. The highest package offered was of square yards (16.8 Lacs) and the lowest was volvo (7.5 Lacs). Roles which were offered were project manager, business analyst, BDM, Sales manager, Management Traine...

A place where you can grow personally and professionally.

Placements: The placements are good, and even the learning is equal to the tier 1 colleges. The SOIL is the place where you can grow personally and professionally. The companies even come more. It is not like a consultant agency, the students have to work and crack the opportunity which college gives. The same pattern is for internship too. Some of the people will get placed through pre-placement offer given by the internship organisations.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also good. The boardroom class structure with glass walls. Even for other cohorts, there is a circular loop structure with projector classrooms and high-speed internet connectivity. The books which you can find in the library are of great authors and nice place to get more explored. The lunch at canteen is included in the fee. It is also quite good compared to other places. The hostel is well furnished and has A/C rooms. Coming to the extracurricular activities, there are s...

Great institute for 1 year MBA.

Placements: Placement is quite good and it continues till the last student gets placed. The college has also achieved 100% summer placement this year. The median package for the last batch was Rs. 9.3 lpa and more than 100 companies had participated in the campus recruitment. Overall, the placement of the college is quite good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice and located in the corporate hub of Gurgaon. Wi-Fi with a great speed is available. The library is quite rich and th...

A good place if you want to learn with excellent faculty members and one of the best curriculum.

Placements: Placements are good, however the industries are bit limited. Placement cell is okay. Alumni connect is good. Limited spectrum of companies visit but they provide good offers. Grabbing early opportunities are the key. Last ones to placement will have a tough time. Come only if you are looking for a role change.

Infrastructure: Good. For a small batch size of approximately 150 students the building provide ample smace and amenities. Wi-Fi is painful though. Building is modern. Cafeteria is where you get free lunc...

The programme is developed in a such a way that you get to study what is currently required in the business. Since its a one-year curriculum, you would have to burn the midnight oil and its definitely worth. Regarding Placements, let me offer you batch performance of year 2020. Placements at SOIL is on pace with comparable B schools offering 1-year PGPM courses with the average between 8 to 12Lpa and the highest package being at 17 LPA for the Batch of 2020. While the 1-year PGPM is primarily for experienced professionals looking to upgrade their skills, the 2-year PGPM is open to both freshmen and experienced professionals. In contrast to PGPM, PDDM is a programme that the AICTE has approved. However, both programmes are equally well-regarded by employers and provide excellent job placements. Additionally, they offer 100% placement, and the 32 SOIL Consortium companies support and develop their curriculum.

The best curriculum and method for helping students develop is that offered by SOIL. Anyone with more than two years of experience may apply for SOIL. Their special STAT test will judge the student more on the basis of their EQ than their IQ. Along with academics, SOIL also works to help students develop their leadership skills through special offerings. The 32 consortium companies that are affiliated with the college also aid in the development of the students by offering their insightful opinions. The alumni network at SOIL is its best feature; we have a special group of alums who are always ready to assist and support the students. In addition, we have a fantastic faculty group with industry experience. 100% placement with an average package of 1012 LPA is also impressive. Additionally, it's an amazing experience. I wholeheartedly endorse SOIL!

Four months in to the journey of business leadership, I can say SOIL has unique way of nurturing the students. SOIL not only has industry relavent curriculum, it also concentrates on overall development of self through various mediums like Self leadership class, Theatre workshops, mentor-mentee relationship.
2. SOIL attracts talents from diverse industries and people from across India with a minimum of 2 years work experience for Business leadership programs. SOIL also has a one week long induction programme which makes it easier for us to bond among yourself which inturn leads to peer learning.
3. Last but not the least, placements. Average package of SOIL has always been around 10 LPA. The most important part is the alumni connect. You would be connected to a alumni who is doing the same role that you are aspiring to be, it would make it much easier for you to prepare yourself for the same. SOIL is a different experience, join SOIL with an open mind. You will SEE the transformation. SOIL has adapted well with the New Normal and its evident from the batches splendid placement Statistics. SOIL has implemented hybrid classroom where the same physical classroom scenario is replicated with strict COVID norms along with keeping in mind students health and hygiene.

There are 2 different programs offered by SOIL PGPM And PGDM (AICTE approved). PGPM is a one year full time programme offered for students with a minimum of 2-years of work experience whereas PGDM is a 2 year full time programme offered and no min work experience required, freshers can also apply. As a current student of the PGPM course, I feel I am eligible to answer this question. After having worked for more than four years, I was looking for a one-year PGPM when SOIL accidentally got in my eyes. I submitted an application for it and discovered that they also take the STAT test to qualify. I was well-prepared for the test thanks to my basic aptitude. To my surprise, however, they also measured my EQ level during the test in addition to just my basic IQ. The depth of the questions and the desire to know the student completely impressed me. While other colleges only consider your IQ level when evaluating you, SOIL spent time learning about your qualities and where you stand in relation to them. The thorough analysis that followed the test was really intriguing. Additionally, SOIL's pedagogy is outstanding. To help the students become industry-ready, they have included mentoring with business professionals. A student at a business school would like to work for one of the 32 SOIL consortium companies. In addition, it has a good balance of extracurricular activities and academics. I will definitely say its worth taking admission in SOIL!
