Overall, it is a great college to go to.

Placements: The placement rates are great for UED and GD. You will also get a lot of industry contacts, so there is a lot of scope for getting access to the industry. In the field of fashion, many of my seniors and passed outs are currently working under big names such as Tarun Tahiliani and some Bollywood stars as well.

Infrastructure: The college pays a lot of attention to hostel facilities and especially its security. The hostel also does have carrom, pool, table tennis and even a badminton court, keeping in mind how imp...

It is quite a great learning place for design enthusiasts.

Placements: 5 out of 30 students got placed. Packages offered range from 3-12 LPA. Mostly, startups came here. Roles offered are assistant designer, fashion merchandiser, fashion buyer, content writer, stylist, fashion consultant, pattern maker, visual merchandiser, colour expert, and fabric engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good with top-notch quality labs for product design, fashion design and animation design with 24*7 fast internet connection. The hostels are only available for girls, but the mess c...

It will not be the best college experience, but you will take away quite a few good memories.

Placements: According to the information I got from my seniors, they have to look for internship opportunities on their own. Placements are more easily available for the students of graphic design and product design course. Placements are almost not available for fashion designing course. A placement cell exists, but very little support is given by the faculty.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities provided (related to the course) are adequate. Though it is not outstanding, the assigned tasks can be completed. Food is really good, and it is better than most of the colleges. Many varieties are offered is offered, and there is an on-campus canteen that serves a very wide variety of delicious food. Hostel capacity of girls is better than the hostel capacity of boys. The rooms are good in the hostel I stay, and there are attached washrooms. The staff are nice and cari...

The review of Symbiosis Institute of Design.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Most of the students get into the internships at the various firms. The reputed brands like Nike, Puma, BMW, and the others recruit the students. All the students have lots of opportunities to be recruited with the good salary and job conditions. The faculty members are good at making sure the best students get placed in the highly reputed companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent with the good classrooms, well-equipped labs, and workstations. The fair amou...

Great experience in the particular fields with practicality.

Placements: Most placements and internships were given and applied for graphic design and companies like mtv India, vh1 etc. Are most popular in giving opportunities. Some placements were offered abroad with salaries up to 5 Lacs. It is very helpful in making contacts in the industry and outside the industry with many supportive people.

Infrastructure: Graphic design classrooms, animation lab, fashion design labs, product design studios, interior space design lab, gym, library, photography lab, user experience design lab, ...

One of the best fashion colleges in India with the best placement and environment.

Placements: The placements of our batch are yet to happen next year but the placement of our senior batch was awesome. It's one of the best colleges in fashion communication in the country. Almost 90% of the students here at SID got placed with the highest package of 18 LPA. The average and the lowest package offered was of 12 LPA and 8 LPA. The companies which visit here are SAS, Teach for India, Indus Insights, Atlas Copco India and many more. 100% of students get internships from the college itself but y...

Decent Design Institute for enthusiasts. Good Faculty.

Placements: The placements at the college were decent. There was a steady increase from last year's placement average package. Prominent companies visited the campus like Cognizant, Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting, Elephant, General Motors, Hexaware Technologies, huawei, Infosys, L&T Infotech, Landmark, Leaf Design, Make My Trip, Microsoft, Mind Tree, Persistent Ltd. , Reliance Symantec, TATA ELXSI, TCS, Teach For India, Think Design, Delhi Tommy Hilfiger, Whirlpool. One of the 'better' Design colleges in India.

Placements: Placements are alright. They're mostly students organised and are very different your typical Engineering college placements. The job scenario is different for every stream, for example if you're Video Film Design student, you don't expect Yash Raj Films to come down for placements to hire a new director, where as students who are looking for jobs at more 'organised' industries such as Advertising or UX or Fashion do find good opportunities via placements. Nevertheless, I still have friends who ...

Great faculty, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: We had companies like Deloitte, BookMyShow, Coupon Dunia etc who had come for placements. The packages offered were in the range of 5-15 lakhs PA. About 70% students were placed through the college placements. The stipend for internships ranged from 2,000-20,000.

Infrastructure: Symbiosis Institute of Design has some great infrastructure and facilities. There are dedicated sections for the various courses. The library has a vast collection of books, CDs, research papers et...

Our college has a great infrastructure and facilities and really experienced professors.

Placements: I am pursuing graphic design in SID, and in our course, about 50% of the students take admissions, i.e., our course has the maximum students every year. I am not aware of the lowest salary package offered, but I have heard that the highest salary package offered is 14 LPA. There are all kinds of design studios, and companies like Deloitte and even small startups visit here to offer placements. Almost every student gets placed in campus placements every year unless they have a TNG subject backlog...

Perfect college experience with a creative environment.

Placements: The placement cell in this college is good. Most of the students in Communication design (specifically from GD UED) get placed. The average package offered in our course was Rs.8 LPA. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Information Edge, etc. come to offer placements here.

Infrastructure: Never stayed in the hostel but the campus infrastructure is great. Labs & Classroom are well-equipped. The SID Library has a huge collection of design books & other resources. The quality of food in the Cafeteria...
