GATE 2024 Syllabus: IISc Bangalore has released the GATE syllabus 2024 for all 30 subjects. Candidates can check here GATE syllabus and download the PDF to prepare for the exam. The GATE 2024 syllabus includes three sections: General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics, and subject-specific papers as chosen by aspirants while filling out the GATE 2024 application form.
General Aptitude (GA) is the common section for all the GATE papers and holds 15% weightage in the GATE question paper. Questions in the general aptitude section aim to test the verbal and numerical ability of the aspirant. A candidate can appear in any two papers in the interested discipline. Candidates can download the GATE syllabus below for all the subjects, including CSE, ECE, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
The key to succeeding in the exam is to be aware of the complete GATE syllabus. Candidates aspiring to seek admission into MTech & MSc programs through GATE 2024 need to carefully go through the syllabus. In addition to the syllabus, it is also important for candidates to understand the GATE exam pattern. While the GATE syllabus will give candidates an idea about the important topics, the exam pattern will help them understand the type of questions and marking scheme in the GATE question paper.
