The link for JEE Main 2025 admit card download session 2 is available on this page. The JEE Mains Session 2 Admit Card 2025 can also be downloaded from the website https //jeemain.nta.nic.in 2025 admit card. Candidates have to use the NTA JEE Mains 2025 login at the website to download their Admit Card. The JEE Mains admit card session 2 download link is also available at NTA portal nta.ac.in. Candidates must download their hall ticket on the JEE Mains 2025 Admit Card release date session 2 to appear in the exam. Candidates will be allowed to appear in the exam as per the JEE Main April attempt date mentioned in the admit card. NTA JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 Admit Card for April 2, 3 and 4 exams was released on March 28.

NTA has issued detailed guidelines for JEE Mains dress code 2025 in the information brochure. Candidates appearing in the exam must follow all the JEE Mains 2025 dress code instructions. Candidates must adhere to the below-mentioned points for the dress code of JEE Main 2025.

  • Candidates must not wear any cloth having metallic items.

  • Candidates are not allowed to wear a cap/ muffler or any cloth over their heads.

  • Wearing any kind of jewelry or ornaments is strictly prohibited.

  • Candidates must not wear goggles, rings, bracelets, or any of such items.

Highlights of Candidate Entry inside Exam Centre

  1. The security guards will check every candidate thoroughly at the time of entry inside the exam centre.
  2. Before entering the exam hall, the invigilator at the JEE Main Exam Centre will check and verify the candidate details mentioned in JEE Main admit card and validate it with the photo ID proof.
  3. After reaching the exam hall, candidates admit card will be checked again. The invigilator will ask candidate to put their left hand thumb impression in the attendance sheet and photograph of candidates will be submitted.
  4. Candidates will then be directed to their designated seat where they will appear for the exam.

Q:   I have tattoo in my face and hands. Will this create any problem in JEE Main exam centre?

As per NTA notification, there is no restrictions on tattoo. Candidates can have tattoos and they will not be denied entry becasue of this. JEE Main Admit Card 2025- Items to Carry at Exam Centre

Candidates need to carry the following items to the exam centre.

  1. Admit card,
  2. One passport-size photo
  3. Any one photo ID proof among Aadhar/PAN/Driving License/Voter ID
  4. Medical certificate by PwD/PwBD candidates availing scribe service

Any other item will not be allowed inside the centre. Some exam centres have the facility of luggage room where candidates can place their belongings like bag, books or any eatables. However, it is advised that candidates must not carry anything other than the allowed items

Note: For BArch paper, candidates must bring their own geometry set, colour pencils, erasers and pencils. No watercolours are required

Special Provision for Diabetic Students

The authority allows eatables and drinks including water bottles inside the exam centre for diabetic patients. The concessions are given to diabetic candidates keeping their health conditions in mind. Diabetic students must carry the following things inside the examination hall:

  • Fruits

  • Sugar tablets

  • Transparent water bottle

Note: Candidates will not be allowed to carry packaged foods such as chips/chocolate/sandwiches etc.

NTA will notify exam day instructions to candidates through the JEE Mains 2025 hall ticket. Candidates should check all the exam day guidelines mentioned in their JEE Main 2025 admit card and adhere to them. All exam day guidelines for candidates are listed below.

  • JEE Main aspirants will not be allowed to carry any item other than those mentioned on the admit card.

  • Blank paper sheets for rough work will be provided in the examination room

  • Candidates must write their name and roll number at the top of the sheet and return the sheets and admit card to the Invigilator, before leaving the examination hall

No, it is not compulsory to bring the colour printout of JEE Main admit card to the exam centre. It is recommended to bring the colour printout becasue of better clarity, however, a black & white printout will also work as long as all the details mentioned in the admit card is clear. According to the official notice, candidates need to bring the printout of the admit along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the admit card. Q:   My name spelling is incorrect on the JEE admit card, what should I do?

A: 

Contact the Joint Entrance Examination authorities immediately to get it corrected. Students should carefully examine the entries on the admit card and in case of any discrepancy, they should contact the NTA. Also, in case of any problem in downloading the admit card, the student should immediately contact the NTA. A printout of the downloaded JEE admit card and a valid original photo identity card (any one of the following: Aadhaar Card, School/College/Institute ID, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Notarized Certificate with photograph) must be produced at the time of examination, without which, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

  • The National Testing Agency, in no case, will issue duplicate JEE Main admit cards at test centres

  • The admit card will not be issued to aspirants whose applications are incomplete.

Q:   Is it mandatory to carry colour printout of JEE Main admit card?

A: 

No, it is not compulsory to bring the colour printout of JEE Main admit card to the exam centre. It is recommended to bring the colour printout becasue of better clarity, however, a black & white printout will also work as long as all the details mentioned in the admit card is clear. According to the official notice, candidates need to bring the printout of the admit along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the admit card. They need to bring the admit card in each session to secure admission to exam centre. Candidates need to preserve the admit card till the declaration of the final result as it is required for the admission process.

NTA will release JEE Main admit card 2025 session 1 around 3 days before the exam date. Accordingly, JEE Main BTech admit card will be released on January 20. The JEE admit card 2025 will be available for download on the NTA JEE Mains official website. Candidates will need to login on the website using their application number and date of birth for downloading the hall ticket.  After downloading, candidates need to take a printout, preferably colour print, to be carried to the exam centre on the day of exam.
