LPU NEST Counselling 2025: Counselling, Fees & Procedure

Once the LPU NEST 2025 exam is conducted, only the candidates who qualify for the exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The eligibility for counselling is determined based on the LPU NEST 2025 result. The candidates who meet the required cutoff scores or qualify for the specified criteria will be invited for counselling. The LPU NEST 2025 scorecard will be made available on the official website. Candidates can access their scorecards by logging into their registered accounts on the LPU NEST portal. The scorecard will contain the candidate's overall score, sectional scores, and any other relevant information related to their performance in the exam.

LPU NEST counselling will be held in online mode. Counselling is just the verification process of the documents. Based on the availability of seats the candidates will be given admission.

LPU counselling is nothing. This is just documents verification process of candidate which you have submitted online during the registration process of LPU NEST. So keep ready your all original documents and their photocopies like 10th and 12th marksheets, DOB proof, Aadhaar card of family members, School leaving Certificate photos etc.

It depends on the programme you choose. If you are planning to pursue a B.Tech programme, you will need to take the LPU NEST and meet certain percentage criteria. However, for any other programme, LPU NEST is not mandatory. The candidates will get a significant scholarship amount if they qualify LPU NEST. Even after completing the admission procedure, you can still apply for LPU NEST to enhance your scholarship. You can attempt LPU NEST for the 2nd time and there will be no LPU NEST fee charged for that. But remember a candidate gets only two chances to appear in LPU NEST. For some courses like BA, BComm, BBA etc. LPU NEST is not mandatory and you may get direct admission provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria. Scholarship can be availed in all the programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to PhD through LPU NEST score.
