RRB NTPC Undergraduate admit card 2025 for CBT 1 will be released from August 3, 2025.  The admit card will be released four days before the exam. RRB NTPC 2024 exam day guidelines announced by the RRBs are given below:

Banned items: Carrying the items such as mobile phones, blue tooth, pen drive, laptops, calculators, wristwatches, pen/pencil, wallet/purses, belts, shoes, and metallic wear including ornaments, etc are prohibited.

Unfair means: Candidates found using unfair means are debarred from appearing in the exam.

Reporting time: Candidates must reach the examination centre one hour prior to the reporting time.

Self-Declaration and Left Thumb Impression: Candidates are required to write self-declaration, affix Left Thumb Impression (LTI) in the presence of the invigilator.

Wearing masks: Due to COVID-19, candidates are required to wear masks while appearing for the exam. 

Social distancing: As per the guidelines issued by the Government of India due to COVID-19, candidates are required to maintain social distancing at the exam centre.

Sanitisation: The exam centre is properly sanitised after the completion of each exam shift.

Scanning of admit card: The examination authority scan the admit card through the barcode available on the same.

SC/ST candidates who opt for free travel facility, RRB NTPC call letter for CBT, CBAT/TST, DV contains information regarding the free travel authority. Such candidates are allowed to book their tickets after they submit a self-attested photocopy of the RRB NTPC admit card and SC/ST Certificate. Candidates need to download their admit cards online. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter user ID and password. RRB NTPC admit card is an important document for the exam without which candidates are not given entry to the examination centre. Candidates need to carry their admit cards along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre. RRB NTPC admit card carries important information related to the exam. 

In the self-declaration part of RRB NTPC admit card, candidates are required to write a paragraph saying that the details they have entered in the application form are correct and complete. Yes, there is a minimum qualifying cut off in RRB NTPC exam. The minimum qualifying marks for CBT 1 and 2 for General, EWS categories is 40 per cent, for OBC and SC is 30 per cent and for ST category is 25 per cent. In CBAT, candidates are required to secure a minimum T-score of 42 marks. Besides, cut off marks, candidates are also required to secure the qualifying marks as per their categories. In RRB NTPC registration form, candidates need to enter their name, date of birth, father's name, mother's name, Aadhaar number, SSLC/Matric roll number, year of passing, mobile number and email-ID. The application fee of RRB NTPC can be paid online only. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. The application fees is refunded to candidates once candidates appear in the CBT.

RRBs provide candidates with the facility to modify RRB NTPC application form. Candidates can modify the details entered in the application form online by paying the required modification fees. The process how candidates can modify the details entered in the application form are given below:

• Login using Registration Number and Password
• Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment. Ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed
• Click on the Modify Application‘ Button
• Proceed with the changes intended as per instructions given and submit the application. Preserve the print out of the latest application for record

RRB NTPC salary is different for different posts. The starting basic salary range offered to undergraduate posts is INR 19,900 to 21,700. While, the graduate post employees are offered RRB NTPC salary in the range of INR 25,500 to INR 35,400. The monthly basic salary for Junior Clerk cum Typist is INR 19,900 while it is INR 35,400 for Station Master and Commercial Apprentice. Candidates are also entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), Travel Allowance (TA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), pension benefits, and medical reimbursements. The RRB NTPC CBT 2 syllabus comprise questions from topics-General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The topics are basically Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation levels, keeping in view the nature of the post. The General Awareness section carried questions from Current Events of National and International Importance, Games and Sports, Art and Culture of India, Indian Literature, Monuments and Places of India, General Science and Life Science (up to 10th CBSE History of India and Freedom Struggle, Physical, Social and Economic Geography of India and World, Indian Polity etc. The Reasoning section carries from Analogies, Completion of Number and Alphabetical Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical Operations, Similarities and Differences, Relationships, Analytical Reasoning, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagrams, Puzzle, Data Sufficiency, Statement- Conclusion, Statement- Courses of Action, Decision Making, Maps, Interpretation of Graphs, etc. The Mathematics section carries questions from topics such as Number System Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportions, Percentage, Mensuration Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Elementary Algebra Geometry and Trigonometry Elementary Statistics etc.

The first stage CBT of RRB NTPC comprises questions from General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test paper carries a total of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions. The first stage CBT is qualifying in nature. The test carries 100 marks.
