AIBE 20 Objection Fee 2025

Candidates will have to pay INR 500 to raise an objection to the AIBE Answer Key. If the objection is found correct, in that case, the BCI will refund the amount. 

The expected, as well as previous years' AIBE cut off, is as under: 

Candidates often wonder how to calculate scores using AIBE 20 (XX) answer key 2025-26. They can refer to the instructions given below to calculate their scores for the bar examination;

1. Calculate the number of correct attempts - The official keys will be given in the answer key. So, pick the answer key and question paper for your paper code and then calculate the number of correct attempts. To calculate scores, you need to follow the marking scheme outlined in the AIBE 20 exam pattern.
2. Calculate the total score: There is no negative marking in AIBE XX. So, you need to only calculate the correct attempts; and allocate +1 marks for each correct answer. Then add the individual scores to arrive at the total score.
3. Check the qualifying marks: To qualify for the AIBE 20 2025 exam you need to score 40% marks (if you belong to the general category) and 35% marks (if you belong to SC/ST category). But note that post the re-evaluation of the provisional answer key, some questions may be dropped. If that happens, the qualifying cutoff score would be less than 40 marks (or less than 35 marks for SC/ST).

The AIBE XX 2025 exam will be held in a pen-paper based test mode. BCI will upload the question paper sets and answer key in a pdf format on the official website. Candidates who will qualify in the exam will be issued the Certificate of Practice (CoP) which is an essential requirement for law graduates to practice in a court of law. The result of AIBE will be released soon.

The BCI will also release AIBE question papers, and candidates can check all the questions and their responses. In case, the candidates feel that there are some discrepancies they can challenge the particular question. The Council will open the AIBE Objection Window 2025. You will be able to raise the objections until the last date. But candidates will have to follow the procedure set by the BCI and pay fees to raise the objections.

All the complaints will be checked by BCI. In case the objection raised is correct, it will be considered by the authority. Accordingly, the total marks will be adjusted. You must understand that if the total mark is reduced, the qualifying cutoff will also get reduced.
