The Bar Council of India (BCI) requires candidates to know bare acts as part of the AIBE 20 (XX) Exam 2025. The BCI conducted the AIBE 20 exam 2025 on, November 30, 2025. AIBE (XX) 20 Exam 2025-26 was held in offline mode. The candidates were allowed to carry the Bare Acts to the exam hall, however, it should be without comments, short notes or handwritten notes. The AIBE Exam Date, AIBE Syllabus and other important details were announced in the AIBE 20 Notification 2025.

Candidates who will successfully pass the AIBE exam will be issued the CoP by BCI. The qualified candidates will have to collect their Certificate of Practice from their respective State Bar Councils. It is a mandatory document to practice Law in India.

However, the final cutoff will depend on the number of questions to be considered after AIBE provisional answer key objection process.
