Q:   What are the factors on which the MH CET Law merit list depends?

The MH CET Law merit list is based on the following factors:

  • Marks scored in the MH CET Law entrance exam: This is the most important factor, and the marks obtained by each candidate in the entrance exam are given a weightage of 80%.

MHCET Law Normalization Process

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra conducted the MH CET Law examination on multiple shifts for LLB 3 Year. As per the exam body, "Candidates were given different sets of questions in every shift and it is quite possible that despite all efforts of maintaining equivalence among various question papers, the difficulty level of these question papers administered in different shifts may not be the same. To overcome such a situation, the Normalization Method will be used to ensure that candidates are neither benefitted nor disadvantaged due to the difficulty level of the examination." No, LLB course in Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College require MH-CET for admission.

NO. The admission process is only through MH CET LAW  exam.The exam is conducted in online mode.Also to get admission in this college the pershon should have passwd 10th and 12th with 45% in board exams.
