Q:   Can I get admission in Hyderabad without TSICET?
A:

Yes, it is possible to get admission to colleges in Hyderabad without appearing for TSICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test). While TSICET is a common entrance exam for admission to MBA and MCA programs in Telangana, some colleges in Hyderabad may have their own admission criteria and may accept other entrance exams. Alternatively, some colleges may consider different factors for admission.

Here are a few possibilities for securing admission in Hyderabad without TSICET:

  1. National-Level Entrance Exams: Some colleges accept national-level entrance exams such as CAT (Common Admission Test), MAT (Management Aptitude Test), or CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) for MBA admissions. If you have a good score in any of these exams, you can apply to colleges in Hyderabad that accept these scores.
  2. College-Specific Entrance Exams: Certain colleges may conduct their own entrance exams for admission to their MBA or MCA programs. You can check the websites of the colleges you are interested in to SEE if they have any specific entrance exams and their respective admission processes.
  3. Direct Admissions: In some cases, colleges may offer direct admissions based on academic performance, work experience, or other criteria. These admissions are typically done through a merit-based selection process. It is recommended to research the specific admission criteria and processes of the colleges in Hyderabad that you are interested in. Check their official websites or contact their admissions offices to inquire about the alternative admission options available if you have not appeared for TSICET. They will provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the admission process for their respective MBA or MCA programs.
