CBSE Fake notice goes viral, Board issues clarification

CBSE has issued clarification against a fake notice doing rounds on social media. Check notice here!

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued clarification against a fake notice doing rounds on social media regarding CBSE Board exams 2022. The fake CBSE notice mentions certain guidelines to be followed at the time of the CBSE Term 2 Board Exams 2022 and the regulations to be followed at the time of the exams ending.

"The unused question papers should be packed immediately after the start of the exams. No candidate is allowed to enter the exam centre after 11:30 AM," the notice further added. Students must note that this is fake and in reality, students are not allowed to enter the exam hall after 10 AM.

CBSE took to Twitter to address the fake notice and tweeted out "#FakeNewsAlert" with a picture of the notice in question regarding the CBSE Board exams 2022.

The notice also mentions that a report is to be sent to the Central Board of Secondary Education immediately after the completion of the whole process of the Term 2 Exams along with the TA/DA claim and remuneration bill. This notice has now been declared as fake.
Moreover, the Board had recently conducted a live webinar on the modalities of conduct of CBSE Term 2 exams, in which it announced several do's and dont's which need to be folloowed by the schools and the students. 

It also announced that students who fail to appear for both Term-1 and Term-2 examinations will not be allowed to sit for compartment exams this year and have to repeat the class as “all class 12 compartment exams are conducted on the same day, while, ”For class 10, the compartment exams are conducted in time period of 7 days."

Meanwhile, CBSE is currently conducting the Class 10, 12 board examinations 2022 for Term 2. On April 26, exams for vocational courses had taken place, while on April 27, English exam was conducted for Class 10 students.
