Karnataka PGCET 2024 was to be held on July 13 and 14. The exam was postponed due to clashes with the semester exams. KEA will release the revised exam dates for PGCET 2024 anytime soon.

KEA to Release Revised Karnataka PGCET 2024 Exam Dates Soon

The Karnataka Examinations Authority will soon release the Karnataka PGCET exam dates on its official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. Candidates who applied for the Karnataka PGCET exam on or before July 7 will be allowed to appear for the exam on a revised date. KEA had notified candidates about the postponement of PGCET exam. The postponement of the Karnataka PGCET exam came after final semester exams by a few universities in Karnataka were scheduled to be conducted from July 5 and 10.

Earlier, KEA was to release the Karnataka PGCET hall ticket on July 4 for the exams that were to be held on July 13 and 14. KEA will soon notify a new date for Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam.

Karnataka PGCET Revised Exam Date 2024

Candidates were allowed to register for the Karnataka PGCET 2024 until July 7. Based on the exam timeline that was followed earlier, candidates can expect the Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam to be conducted in the first week of August. KEA is yet to notify the revised exam dates for Karnataka PGCET 2024.

New Changes in Karnataka PGCET 2024

This year, KEA is conducting the Karnataka PGCET exam online with five sections for MBA and MCA exam. Candidates appearing for the Karnataka PGCET MBA exam will have to answer 20 questions each from five sections, namely 

  • Computer Awareness
  • Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning
  • Quantitative Analysis
  • English Language
  • General Awareness

The exam duration for Karnataka PGCET 2024 remains unchanged with 100 questions to be answered in 120 minutes.
