AFSB Interview is conducted in three stages. The first stage is the Officer Intelligence Rating Test along with Picture Perception and Discussion Test. The second stage is Psychological tests. The third stage is the Computerised Pilot Selection System, which is conducted only for the Flying branch. The final merit list is prepared based on the marks secured in the online test and AFSB interview.
