SBI Clerk exam day guidelines are given below:

• Candidates are required to carry the printed copy of their admit cards to the exam centre. Along with the SBI Clerk admit card, candidates are required to bring a valid photo-identity proof such as PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card/Photo Identity proof with photograph issued by a Gazetted Officer (on official letterhead)/Photo Identity proof issued by a People’s Representative along with a photograph (on official letterhead)/Identity Card issued by a recognised College/ University/Aadhar/E-Aadhar Card with a photograph /Bar Council ID Card with photograph/Employee ID) in original as well as a photocopy. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof 
• Candidates are required to carry two additional passport-size photographs to the exam centre
• Candidates are required to keep the printed copy of SBI Clerk prelims admit card and authenticated photo-identity proof safely. If selected for the mains exam, candidates are required to show the prelims admit card, as well as the mains, admit card to the invigilator
• Registration at the exam centre is done through photo capture. The photo captured is matched with the photo uploaded by the candidates in the application form
• Candidates must bring stationery such as pencils, glue, eraser and ballpoint pen with them to the examination hall
• Electronic items are not allowed inside the exam centre
• Candidates must wear light clothes which cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices

The selection process is divided into two stages-preliminary and mains exams. However, candidates applying for the vacancies of a particular state should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State/UT/Special area.

SBI Clerk marking scheme is given below:

• For correct answers, candidates score one mark
• 1/3 marks are deducted for wrong answers

The total marks allotted to SBI Clerk prelims exam are 100.

Some of the important points related to SBI Clerk admit card are given below:

• Candidates should adhere to the reporting time in order to complete the entry formalities, including the frisking and verification process (biometrics, identification, and inspection of admit card, ID proof, photograph, signature, etc.) before proceeding to the exam hall
• Locate the AFCAT exam centre day before the exam to avoid any hassle on the exam day
• Bring two passport-size colour photographs like the one uploaded during the online application
• Carry a ballpoint Pen (Blue or Black) for signing on the attendance sheet and rough work

The overall difficulty level of the prelims exam was easy. The English and Reasoning sections were easy, whereas, Maths section was easy to moderate.

The prelims exam of SBI Clerk 2025 will be conducted on Feb 22, 27, 28 and March 1, 2025.

In SBI Clerk admit card, there is a space to affix the passport size photograph. The photograph should match the one uploaded during registration. Candidates are also required to carry two additional photographs along with the admit card.
