The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the CUET UG 2026 May 18 exam in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across multiple centres in India and abroad. Candidates appearing for the examination must keep all important documents ready and carefully follow the exam day guidelines issued by NTA.

NTA is conducting the CUET UG 2026 May 18 exam in two shifts. The examination will be administered at CUET centre 2026 locations in CBT mode for all registered subjects. The exam is being conducted across 306 examination centres in India and outside India in a total of 35 shifts.

    CUET 2026 exam was held in two slots. first slot was held between 9 AM to 12 PM and second slot was held between 3 PM to 6 PM. Candidates could check the exact subject-ise timings on their admit card. 

    Q:   What is the dress code for CUET UG?

    To appear for CUET UG exam, candidates must make sue to follow the below mentioned dress code:

    • Candidates must not wear long sleeve clothes.
    • Candidates wearing cultural/customary dress must report at the CUET exam centre one hour before the reporting time. 
    • Candidates must wear slippers or sandals with low heels. Shoes will not be permitted inside exam centre.
    • In case of any circumstances, candidates must take the approval of NTA before the release of CUET admit card.

    Candidates must reach alloted CUET exam centre two hours before mentioned exam time. Candidates must complete verification process and take their seats immediately after the opening of examination hall. If the candidates does not report at alloted CUET exam centre on time due to traffic, delay in transport, important instructions to appear for the exam can be missed.
