In economics course provides knowledge of principles and techniques that are used in the domain of economics. It aims at providing a holistic overview of all the aspects related to the subject. Apart from that, the course covers all the major concepts and terminologies as per the global significance. Choosing a University is a big decision, as our career fully depends upon that. There are some key parameters that we should keep in mind before choosing any University, like, faculty, placements, international exposure, curriculum, alumni of that university. One of my known is in Lovely Professional University in the same course. Reviews are pretty good. But you need to be wise. Take your decision by yourself. Few points told by my known who did her studies from LPU that will help you to make your decision:
The Programme is a judicious mix of conventional economics courses and modern day analytical tools on data analysis. The programme consist of the innovative pedagogy and academics -industry interface. Lovely professional University focuses on providing the practical as well as industrial knowledge to students. The programme has the unique features that make LPU best for study. Student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. The programme course to build about contemporary issues and challenges in global economy. The programme provide the exposure to data analysis using statistical software like SPSS, MS-Excel etc. The programme offer the communication and soft skills courses to enhance personality and employability. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons / Co-curricular Competitive events, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, projects with NGOs etc. Are an integral part of curriculum of the programme. Here in this course, you will get to know the practical implications of the economics. Teachers are well trained and with a research oriented mindset. University is providing them education by taking research in its mindset because in future they are going to be a great researchers and economists. And coming to the placement, students are getting placed in top firms of India on a lucrative package that is totally worth. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements.

(Economics) is concerned LPU gives the exposure to its students as much as possible. The course is designed and regularly updates every year by industry experts. Students learn different courses like FINANCIAL ECONOMICS, FUNDAMENTALS OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, RESEARCH METHODS AND REPORT WRITING and many more. The teaching pedagogy is really awesome. The faculty members are highly qualified and teach the students very effectively. The courses in final year are designed by keeping the pathways you choose. There are three pathways for placement namely Corporate Jobs, government. Jobs, Higher Studies. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons / Co-curricular Competitive events, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, projects with NGOs etc. Are an integral part of curriculum. There are some internal scholarships available to students on the basis of need and merit about which they can know when they join the college. Anything between a 2-5 number of students gets scholarships and it is sufficient because very few people need the scholarships as JBIMS has such an affordable fee structure. Smt. Jyoti Dwivedi Memorial Scholarship Awards is one of them in which every year two MS students will be granted Rs. 100,000 each as part of the Scholarship Awards. NIOS conducts On Demand Examination (ODE) that NIOS Student can walk into the examination center as and when he/she feel ready for the examination. This allows the Student to get assessed when he/ she is ready. Readiness depends on the Student and not on the institution. The degree and level of performance is decided by the Student who can reappear in the examination as many times as one wants, till satisfied. Further you have to take the fresh admission in 11th in M. P. Board's schools if wants to repeat the whole 12th. This seems not justifiable because you have already passed Physics and Chemistry in year 2000. So NIOS ODE is the best for Biology.
