Q:   Can I get a seat at BHU with 200 marks in CUET?
A:

Banaras Hindu University cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to UG and PG courses. As per the Round 1 of the CUET UG BHU cut off 2024, the cutoff socres ranged between 352 and 378 for the BSc (Hons.) in Chemistry For Maths Group.  So, considering the BHU latest round cutoff, a cutoff score of 200 is not sufficient to get a seat in BHU. Candidates seeking admission at Banaras Hindu University must aim to secure a cutoff score between 400 to 600.

BHU Varanasi 2024 cutoff are tabulated below for UG courses for Round 2. The below cutoffs are for the General AI category students.

Q:   Can I take admission to DU with 60% in Class 12?
A:

DU is considered one of the most competitive universities in India for Commerce, Science and Arts education at the undergraduate level. The university and its affiliated colleges was attracting the cream layer of crowd till the time admission was subject to Class 12 scores. While reserved category candidates still had minor chances of getting into a not-so-popular course of DU with 60% in Class 12, a General category student with 60% had no chance of getting into any good college or course at DU.

However, starting 2022, DU admission process has shifted to CUET-UG based admission process. Those with a valid score in CUET UG exam who have passed their Class 12 are eligible to take admission now. While the chances of getting into a good DU college are still low at this score, the chances of getting a seat have increased now (provided you score extremely well in CUET UG).

Q:   Can I get admission to JNU without CUET?
A:

Yes, candidates can get admission to JNU without CUET. To get admission at Jawaharlal Nehru University, candidates must visit the official website of the University (jnu.ac.in) or NTA for course-wise admission criteria. JNU admission to most of the UG, PG and Diploma courses are based on candidates' performance in the CUET-UG & CUET-PG scores. For admission to JNU BA (Hons.) in Foreign Languages, BSc.-MSc Integrated programme in Ayurveda Biology and Certificate of Proficiency courses, JNU accepts CUET-UG. For JNU PG courses including MTech, MPH, MA, MSc, MCA and PG Diploma in Big Data, admission is based on CUET-PG scores. For JNU MBA admission 2025, CUET-PG is not valid and is dependent on CAT scores.

CUET PG cut-off 2025 for famous universities like Delhi University, BHU, JNU etc will be high compared to other CUET PG 2025 participating institutes. CUET PG 2025 toppers list for such universities will have CUET PG 2025 scores. CUET PG toppers 2025 will be made based on the highest marks scored by the candidates in the exam. CUET PG 2025 cut off marks will have a range where the highest marks will be set based on the marks scored by CUET PG 2024 toppers.

CUET-PG is one of the accepting exams for admission to MA programme at School of Media Studies and Humanities MRIIRS. However, it is not compulsory to have CUET-PG score for admission. Aspirants can also get admission based on their MRNAT and qualifying exam scores.

The expected CUET PG Psychology cutoff for the SC category at BHU is likely to be in the range of 170-185 out of 300. This is based on past trends and the anticipated difficulty level of the exam, with SC candidates typically having a lower cutoff compared to the General and OBC categories.
