UPCATET 2025 Counselling Schedule: Registration, Fee Submission, Seat Allotment & Campus Reporting

Applicants who qualify the UPCATET exam for the respective courses for which they have applied further need to appear in counselling. Applicants need to join counselling process possess the following items i.e Mobile phone, email id, date of birth, roll number and scanned copy of documents. 

The process of counselling includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, uploading of document, document verification, dowloading of allotment letter and last admission process of the allotted universities.

Normally, UPCATET offline counselling is not be done in offline mode. Applicants who want to take part in admission process must participate in online counselling done by Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology ( Ayodhya). Candidate must note that after declaration of UPCATET results the exam conducting authorities will release the dates of UPCATET counselling schedule. 

But authorities also releases the special schedule of offline counselling. Candidates who want to take part in counselling must prepare the required documents as well as security fees which needs to be deposited during counselling process. 

No, there will be seperate counselling schedule is to be released for UG, PG & PhD courses by exam conducting authorities in online mode after declaration of the results. The authorities will release seperate counselling schedule for all the courses in online mode only. 

Since the counselling will be held in online mode only hence applicants need to prepare the important documents ready while appearing in the counselling. 

The counselling process of the UPCATET exam generally takes 20 to 25 days to complete. The schedule of UPCATET 2024 counselling will be released along with the release of the official notification in online mode in pdf file. 

Last year the counselling process was started on June 20th and completed by July 14th, 2023. There were two counselling for UG and PG courses while there was one counselling for PhD courses. 

Candidates can follow the below mentioned steps for counselling

Step 1: Online UPCATET counselling registration (fees submission) and documents upload.

Step 2: Online choice filling and Locking.

Step 3: Seat allocation and Security fee deposit.

Step 4: Report at respective universities.

By following these steps the admission process of a candidate will be completed after declaratio of UPCATET results.

The documents required for UPCATET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test) counseling may vary slightly from year to year, and it's essential to refer to the official UPCATET notification or the conducting authority's website for the most up-to-date information. 1. UPCATET Admit Card: The admit card issued for the entrance examination.

3. 10th and 12th Mark Sheets: Original and photocopies of your 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets or equivalent examination certificates.

4. Transfer Certificate (TC) or Migration Certificate: TC from the last institution attended, especially if you are seeking admission to a new college or university.

5. Character Certificate: A certificate from your previous school or college confirming your good conduct and character.

6. Domicile Certificate: A certificate to prove that you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh. This is usually issued by the concerned authority.

7. Category Certificate (if applicable): If you belong to a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), you will need to provide a valid category certificate issued by the competent authority.

8. Income Certificate (if applicable): If you are applying for fee concessions or scholarships based on your family's income, you may need an income certificate.

9. Physically Handicapped Certificate (if applicable): If you are a differently-abled candidate, you may need a certificate issued by a medical authority.

10. Passport-size Photographs: Carry multiple passport-size photographs as per the specifications mentioned in the notification.

11. Anti-Ragging Affidavit: Some institutions may require candidates and their parents to sign an anti-ragging affidavit.

12. Other Relevant Certificates: Depending on your specific circumstances and the programme you are applying for, there may be additional documents required, such as a gap year certificate (if applicable) or documents related to any special quota or reservation.

There will be two rounds of online counselling for UG & PG courses. While there will be one offline counselling which will be special counselling for UG & PG programmes. Students who will appear in the offline counselling, the schedule will be released after the declaration of results. 

The exact dates of offline schedule of counselling will be mentioned in counselling letter only.  

There will be two rounds of counselling in UPCATET exam for PhD course. The first counselling will be done in online mode while the second round of counselling will be done in offline mode. The exact dates of offline counselling does not release in the official notification only the dates of online counselling schedule is released in notification. 

The exact dates of offline counselling will be further notified in the counselling letter by the authorities.
