The university is a great experience for students to learn, explore different cultures. It is great

Tips: Boston has a tough weather condition. Please make sure befor you travel here, do take all the necessary vaccinations and bring the medications required. Northeastern University has good faculty and curriculum.

Tips: Students should know that they will have to study to get good grades as grades are important to get an internship or a coop. This is beneficial for your full-time offer. The living expenses are high compared to other cities and the fees are also a bit on the expensive side. College life is great because there are a lot of Indian students and the food options are great too. The campus is great with quite a lot of facilities and amenities. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

NEU: empowering cybersecurity excellence

Tips: I could get acquainted easily to the weather as I am from Bangalore. Initially we do experience cultural shifts but not difficult to get used to. I haven't availed any scholarships. I am extremely satisfied with the experience. NEU has provided an exceptional learning environment equipped with highly knowledgeable faculty. The course work is comprehensive, challenging and is according to the current industry landscape.

Likes (Value for money): The course curriculum covers all the aspects and concepts of cybersecurity. I...

Northeastern has a lot of good opportunities

Tips: Coming to a new city in a new country might be difficult to adjust at first. But as you meet new people it gets easier and Northeastern has a mentorship program where they help you with all your doubts and questions. You will be assigned a mentor who will happily guide you in your transition to the new country and location. Northeastern has limited scholarships as far as I know. You can apply for on-campus jobs and try landing one. I am happy to pursue data science degree at Northeastern univers...

Hard working students will shine here.

Tips: Need to understand US culture for smooth transition. Northeastern is a competitive school, so more hardworking students outshine others. But encouraging faculty, and peers will support well. Scholarships are limited for international students, but on-campus jobs can be done for additional financial support. I am satisfied 5/5 with the course, university and country.

Likes (Public transportation): Boston's public transportation is one of the best in America, a convenient and cost-effective mode of transport. The campus is in t...

One of the best colleges abroad

Tips: The transition hasan't been that hard for me because I have a lot of Indian students around me who make me feel like home. Also, I did not experience a very huge cultural shift, except for the food and standard of living. I did not avail any scholarship or allowance I am mostly satisfied with the university because it's one of the top ranked universities, plus the course is of my choice and as a country, US is great.

Likes (Post study jobs): There are not a lot of companies that sponsor, but the coursework that I am stu...
